This machine is a piece of crap.
Don’t buy it! I have GENTLY used it for just a few small jobs..ie:vacuuming cushions on a brand new sofa.
The receptacle that holds the dirt and dust snaps off every time and the battery only holds a charge for 15 minutes.It also takes 2 1/2 hours to recharge the battery. Very frustrating!!
I called customer service with my concerns and because I’ve owned it for more than 30 days, there’s nothing they can do for me.
So …in the trash it goes!
Save your money! If you do choose to buy it after reading this,it’s half the price on Amazon.
Look elsewhere!

I have been trying to return the vacuum. It has not been used. An email was sent to them over a week ago and no response. The vacuum was received and the credit card charged without a verification email being sent. Are they waiting for my 30 days to expire? I won't be using this company again.

Earlier this year I purchased a Vax Homepro Pet design as we have two dogs. I have also previously had a Vax carpet washer which was quite reasonable. However, as far as this carpet vacuum is concerned, the only positive thing is that dogs hairs don’t get caught in the brush head. Instead they clog up in the tube where it is supposed to go into the collection container. If you don’t spot this straight away the whole tube from the brush to the collection container becomes blocked! To clear this you need to dismantle the whole thing! This usually means you get covered in the dirt and dust you are trying to remove, and a lot goes back onto the floor. What a waste of time and money!

Suction is poor. It has an ill-fitted rubber flap to prevent debris falling out of the filter unit that itself falls out when emptying the debris container and can’t be refitted. A regrettable purchase. Don’t buy it.

This company is shonky.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.
$100 Hydrogen water bottle exploded while gassing. Cut my fingers on the glass.
6 weeks old they couldn’t care less.

I ordered a home pro vacuumed in September 2024 with a lot of trouble I received it in December
The company were not helpful at all they were not English speaking
It is a very very poor product I Paid £89 if it had been a shop I wouldn’t have paid £20 for it
It’s just like a child’s toy ok for a dolls house !!!
Very very poor product
