The process is not clearly defined
The process is not clearly defined. There is no much information sometimes defined in the advertiesment and suddenly the owner generate and push to sign the contract rather than reviewing all the details defined in the contract. What if we do not like the terms in the contract? Then we we have to stop signing then you mentioned that it is not good for the reputation. How do you give us a chance to talk to the landlord and see the conditions and clarify things before selecting or preparing any contract or get the expression?
What I see is the ad is there for few days, but landlord says there are ppl in the queue waiting and push to sign. But if there are people in the queue waiting why the heck the apartment is still available for me to send the expression? I feel like we are locked and push to the wall to sign the contract without knowing what we get. There is no proper information about electricity / broadband service flexibility. So as a service provider, it is good if you think about the buyer's perspective also to have a good market place.

To clarify, when you receive a housing offer, you are provided with the landlord's contact details before signing any contract. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any terms or conditions directly with the landlord before making your decision.
Before a contract has been issued, the apartment is reserved for the applicant and the listing is closed to new applications. The time to review and sign the contract varies between landlords, but it is common to have around 48 hours.

Easy and smooth process!
Great platform for first hand apartment hunting. I’d recommend to pay attention to new constructions especially as it’s easier to get offered an apartment and the competition is lower, rent prices a bit higher than old buildings but depending on the zone you can still get a good deal!

HomeQ made the housing process fairly straightforward overall. Communication was generally good, and the staff were polite and helpful when needed. There were a few delays and some details that could have been handled more smoothly, but the experience was decent overall. Not perfect, but a reasonable option if you’re looking for housing assistance.
