Very professional and helpful,

I paid for an offer to be made and then get a call from Cool Blue they cannot install on my house because the roof is too high for them. So now I paid for an offer but have to start again.
AMENDMENT - I have had an apology and a refund which is good but the service remains dependent on whether the supplier can install or not.

I was recommended by my banker ABN AMRO towards homeQgo. I had a good conversation first with an advisor on possible home improvement measures in terms of where value for money will be. After the call I have received provisional quotes for the identified measures. Firms have followed up me on the provisional quotes to make an appointment to visit the house and make a tailor fit final quote. It was a competitive offer and I have accepted it.
So I had an overall very positive experience with homeQgo and their partners.
