They're always reliable and affordable
They're always reliable for my Vinted packages (though not always consistent in delivery timing) and I love their environmental mission. Always the most affordable option, too! However, I have never lost a package with them.

always sent to another parcel shop
lately i could not retrieve the qr code so i was not able to retrieve my packages as the parcel shops also refused to do it thourgh tracking numbers. BAD SERVICE FROM VINTED

Loosing of package
Usually, the deliveries are quite quick but sometimes, it takes a very long time with no answer regarding where the package is and sometims, Homerr looses the packages without a word from them which is very unpleasant.
I'm still waiting for a package sent the 1st of March!
