Trustworthy
Overall a great experience in every way. They patiently explained my options, what was included and when I asked they also talked me through their other services. The work itself was done promptly as promised and reports delivered quickly. Will use them again for some upgrades in the next week weeks.

Can not fault Home Safety Certificate
As a landlord i have been using Home Safety Certificate for a number of years and over that period of time i have had to get an EPC certificate, gas certificates and electrical safety certificates. As well as capping off two gas firesplaces and replacing a consumer unit to bring it up to the recent code change. All of these were completed with ease. They liased with tenants re timings, and any extra works needed were completed timely and cleanly and all costs involved are open and available to see. They explained the regulations at all turns so keeping me in the loop. I can not fault Home Safety Certificate and highly recommend them.
