Health & Safety
"Surveyor" used the excuse of Health & Safety and didn't even look in the loft. The loft wasn't safe to enter as it is fully insulated which covers the joists and is unboarded but the "surveyor" wouldn't know that as she didn't even open the loft hatch to look inside. I challenged this and was told that it wasn't safe to survey the loft!
I have put "surveyor" in quotation marks as all they do is collect information and the computer program comes up with all the data. Total waste of time and money.

Not too bad but Slightly difficult on the phone
Booking process was more of a struggle than perhaps it could have been - lady wasn't rude but not especially helpful either.
Received EPC roughly when it was promised however, so overall not too bad.

Recommended - prompt attention and appointment made. Made process very easy to deal with. Rep arrived on time and was fast and efficient. I had the certificate within 24hrs from the visit. Paid up front and there were no issues.

Need an EPC, this is the company for you!
Easy to arrange, appointment was given almost immediately after online form was sent. Assessor was prompt, polite and very professional, the assessment was done quickly and with a minimum of fuss. My estate agents quote for EPC was double the cost Homescore charged, definitely recommend to anyone requiring an EPC.

Administration booking
Had e-mail and receipt at 8.22 am on 2nd November saying someone from the team would contact me today.Next day the 3rd I had to ring them
to follow up and arrange for the assessor to come he was booked to arrive between 2-3 on Monday 7th.Mr Hussain arrived at 2.00pm and was very efficent and polite as he did the survey.I would have scored 5Stars but due to the admin lapse i have only scored 4

epc is aload of tosh
It's not homescore its the system in place my house as had it all done but unless you can prove it it means nothing , my attic is full of installation and you can see it but because its 80% boarded out out gets scored as its not had any and it carries on to the walls and floors.

Did what it said on the tin
We used Homescore for an EPC prior to letting a property. Hard to tell the difference between various companies who carry out EPC's. We used this one as they were cheaper and everything was fine. Did the job as needed.

Average service
DId not listen to information given at time of inspection, then asked for proof of work done over 15 years ago before we bought the property, even though it had been agreed by the council.
Not very helpful, a load of hassle.
