How do you get your money back from scam people because I have received a load of rubbish as it was not as advertised on the website

I recently bought the 2 for 1 dog bed (special offer). I ordered two large beds. They were a nightmare. This is 100% a scam. I was sent 1 tiny tiny dog bed. I emailed the returns email (they say return and refund guaranteed). I followed their procedures. They wouldn't send the correct items. They refused to take the wrong thing back and never sent the correct items. It cost me €27 and they offered me $3 dollar "refund". It was a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. Also they have a UK website but it is a Chinese company.
I had to go through my bank to do a charge back. I just didn't want these scammers to have my money.

Its been said before but will say it again, its a SCAM. Fortunately I paid through Paypal and got my money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM

As with other people who have boight from this facebook site and homesde, i ordered 2 remote controlled veloraps and received 2 plastic / rubber dinosaurs of different sizes and probably worth around 10p each. Paid 31.97 inc post and to dare have received offers of 4,5,6,7, and 7.50 as compensation NOT to post it back , but for full refund , send it back to China! It was delivered from Hounslow !

MINUS 5 STARS IF ALLOWED!
Despite numerous emails complaining to this firm and demanding a refund they are only offering a £4 refund from 26.98 for a useless minute dog bed after order a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE XL Size .
I have now made an online request for a refund to my credit company so hope this may work.

Offer was 2 for 1 on dog beds. Only one arrived much smaller than requested so useless.
This company wouls not offer a full refund only a measly £4.

Received a email saying sorry I was not happy with my order( who would be £20 for a plastic dinosaur) and offered me £3 compensation instead of sending it back at my cost. Can't believe they are still trading

Same as all other reviews, ordered 2 4XL calming dog beds & received what can only be described as a "tea towel!!" costing me £30

One star is actually one star too many. I have received the same cheap rubbish that resembles nothing like what I ordered and of course, nobody is actually answering my emails. I had ordered the largest dark grey dog bed and I've also been send something gold that looks like someone's blind grandmother has stitched together! Do not go near this shower of money grabbing cheats!

I would never buy again from this scam company I too was sent a pathetic piece of plastic. Ordered a remote control dinosaur. I have let all relevant agencies know about this company, they should ge investigated by Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Avoid!! I ordered a 50 x 30 cm remote control dinosaur for £24, but received a small plastic one that’s worth no more than £1. Total scam & a rip off. Do not under any circumstances but from this thief!!!!!

buy one get one free dogs bed. didnt even get one dogs bed just a foam square and dog toy.

This company by the name of lucfe advertised on Scrabble. I ordered a ceramic Christmas Tree & paid $74.12. What I got was some tinsel & a small plastic tree. I'm trying to get a hold of the scrabble web site to complain

If i could i would give no star ordered buy 1 get 1 free comfy calming pet beds what i received was a fluffy mat and a small dog toy. wish i had read reviews before placing order. Stay clear
