Very good chat, I was listened to and received good advise based on the information I gave.

Matt called be on the arranged time, and listened to my issues with selling my property, he gave impartial advise and and came up with excellent options.
What I liked was that Matt gave other selling options which did not include himself in selling my property, but I was given the choice with no pressure I would highly recommend Matt if you need good honest sound advise.

I was looking through the Internet, to try and find answers to questions around my horrendous experience of buying and selling my home, when I came across Matt's Web site. My first impression was 'this seems like a decent down to earth guy'. I immediately booked an appointment. Excellent communication followed, confirmation of appointment and allowing me to rearrange at last minute.

However, what really sets him apart is his incredible willingness to help, take the time to understand your particular situation and to find the best solution for your specific issue.

I contacted Matt late on Sunday evening regarding my property sale issue and he responded almost straightaway not just expressing sympathy with my situation but also with a genuine offer to discuss it and to try and find the best solution.

I received a pre-agreed call from Matthew as I'm investigating a the potential sale of a property by auction. Through discussion Matthew recommended this probably wasn't the way to go, even though this meant he wouldn't earn a commission. Fair and honest advice and 40 minutes of his time given for no reward. Just wow, I cannot begin to explain how helpful Matthew has been and the difference he has made. Matthew got in touch after we started exploring the options available to us and were considering selling our house to a house buying company as our sale was about to fall through due to having an indecisive buyer who had been stringing us along for weeks, and we were worried we were going to lose our purchase (which is our dream home) as they had become fed up of waiting for us to complete. Finding myself in a real predicament concerning my elderly sister-in-laws severely flooded property in Farndon Newark and being months into a long insurance claim process we needed to understand what the best options might be. Mathew provided really useful perceptive advice along with a series of practical options for us to consider & research as our first steps. Mathew spent nearly an hour with me firstly gaining a detailed understanding of the circumstances and then via further discussions he was able to offer a set of thoughts that helped enormously. He provided this fact-finding assistance without charge. The outcome was for us to seek a cash settlement from the insurers and then auction the property with its land separately. An additional option was to see if our insurance would allow us to transfer the claim to a new owner when the property was sold. Mathew has also offered to link us up to a major national auction house to understand what the auction value might be.
