We had Darren visit us from Homeserve in Talbot Woods, Bournemouth. We found rats had come out of the outside drain and the drain pipes were blocked in both directions. Darren is a wonderful guy who clearly explained the situation to us, is a consumate professional and did a first class job of clearing everything out. He raises the cutsomer experience to the next level and would give him *6 Stars*, if it were possible.

I'm.giving this a one star due to the admin service (or lack off) I have been with homeserve for a number of years and they used to send you a reminder when your boiler is due for a service.. but not anymore nope is a guessing game now.. when I called up thinking my boiler was due for a service it was about three months out of date.. so booked a service for this week..the agent couldn't explain why I wasn't sent a reminder ..and once you have booked in for a service you immediately get a text starting your apointment you have just arranged ..not any more.. that's gone out of the window.. im paying £84.00 per month for this.. yet homeserve cannot be bothered to send out reminders.. I think £84.00 pm is extreme ..ive paid for this month and hopefully they will come round this week to service my bolier... for
me to continue (I'm not keeping the CEO in pocket) be with them Homeserve really need to rethink their prices as well sending out reminders!!! Not good enough...

Excellent service from them .rang Fri was out on Monday ( guy rang me before getting to me ) found outside leek made good and tarmacked over !

Having signed up for the boiler service plan I now have full cover with Home serve and recently had Chris on Pest control (Wasps) and Darren serviced the boiler as I'm in a wheelchair Home serve helps me sleep at night

I have paid Homeserve for years with 2 contract for drainage and plumbing for owner/ landlord.I had an issue with plumbing that Homeserve couldn’t solve.
I have now received a call to say , they will not pay for the call out because I am renting my house as a gîte. This is incorrect. When I said so I was told it was decided by the legal team that my house is a gîte . They will no longer intervene .

Great communication, clear appointment information, friendly and expert engineers, job competency and site tidying. Having been disappointed with insurance service companies in the past, HomeServe were a revelation.
