Absolutely brilliant company, very responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful with their advice throughout the process.

Keith carried out my recent snagging inspection on my new-build property and was absolutely fantastic. His report was extremely thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. It really helped me when dealing with the developers, especially as I had to challenge them on several items of snagging work.

I later arranged a re-inspection with Keith to ensure the major issues had been properly addressed, and once again he was super helpful, friendly, and professional. We were able to book the re-inspection very quickly after I got in touch, as I was keen to move forward with the house sale as soon as possible.

Overall, a great company with excellent service from start to finish, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service from Keith and Julie. They were able to squeeze me in at short notice and still provided the report the same day—just in time for my developer’s cut-off date. Keith arrived right on time at 8am, was incredibly knowledgeable, and identified around 70 snags I never would have spotted myself. Well worth the money for the peace of mind.

Great experience- the communication throughout with Julie has been great and very easy. The snag report is very detailed, lots of things picked up, with descriptions and photos. The turn around time was very quick too. All in all definitely recommend if you’re after a snagging report.

Very easy booking. Julie emailed me to say she had a cancellation and could accommodate us at short notice. This was perfect for us.
Julie was extremely professional and thorough in her work. She found many snags and details that we had not or would not have noticed. She explained the most pressing snags and advised us not to settle for compromises with the builder.
The final report that was completed that evening was concise with clear supporting photographs.

Julie undertook the snagging of our new house and her professionalism and knowledge was impressive. She fully immersed in studying minute details of the house and produced a comprehensive snagging report within 24 hours from completion of her visit.
I was present during the snagging and observed Julie methodically working her way through the property. Most outstanding, she was not phased by the time it took to study different sections of the house. In between the snagging, she paused to share insights about the issues she found and purchaser's rights in relation to defects, which I found extremely helpfully.
Overall, the service was excellent and the estate developer has commenced taking action.

Keith arrived early and spent a good 3.5-4 hours undertaking a thorough inspection of our property and professionally explaining any issues that he identified - which thankfully were very few as we obviously have chosen a property built by a very good builder, however, the survey gave us peace of mind, particularly the drone and thermal imaging, and the images and explanations in the report will help us talk through the issues we want the developer to resolve. Easy to book, professional service throughout with great communication for a more than fair price.
Keith arrived with all his tools and gadgets including a drone to inspect the roof. Whilst picking up the snags he pointed them out and explained why it was a snag if it wasn’t obvious, as in a building regulations breech. He took time and did not rush. He was thorough, took photos and provided a comprehensive report to give to our builders.

If you are considering not having a professional snagger think of the longer term picture when things like windows blow or a roof leaks. This company is well worth the money to get peace of mind for the future.

Julie was very professional, thoughtful and efficient. She replied my email very quickly even over the weekend and completed the report within 24 hours. She inspected my new property as if her own house and found many defects which we could not be discovered.
She applied a drone to view the roof, testing all radiators and drainage, checking the loft and so on. I have no doubt to recommend her to my all friends.

I was lucky to find the Home snagging team for my new house survey who were friendly and professional. I had to change the inspection schedules multiple times due to delays from the developer but Julie was very accommodative and provided me alternate slots without any concerns.
