I ordered two reed diffusers, but both arrived expired and had absolutely no fragrance. I tried opening them, hoping the scent would come through, but there was nothing at all. This was completely against my expectations. Unfortunately, since I opened them, I can’t apply for a refund — which makes this experience even more disappointing. I’m really unhappy with this purchase and don’t feel I can trust ordering from here again.
