I think incorporating this pillow into my sleeping position will take a bit of getting used to, but so far I think it's a great investment. I am a side-sleeper with awful shoulder pain. Sometimes I use it for my head and neck, and more recently I've tried it as support between my legs. I also use it for reading before I turn in. Definitely worth giving a go.

Very supportive pillow that doesn’t go flat after a few nights. Lovely as a reading pillow in bed or when unwell with a bad cough, helps keep chest elevated. Very good quality and you can buy pillowcases to fit it perfectly in the same store. All very good value.
