Order was well received
Order was well received. Only thing to highlight was that I didn't receive any notification that the order had shipped and provided with tracking details. I could get the information from the online app but it would have been nice to receive confirmation by email. I also did not get confirmation from the courier for the delivery and had to check for updates to see it was delivered.

Excellent Customer Sevice
I ordered a laundry basket and when delivered it was broken. I contacted customer service and a lovely lady Sinead helped me. They replaced the basket and delivered the next day. Great customer service.
