Homestorenow IS a scam. Lucky thing is that it's the first online shopping scam I ever encountered. I bought a Turbotax from the site but, two weeks later, was not allowed to update the forms anymore. And the program does not work with another computer. A scary thing is that, upon I emailed them for help, the original purchase receipt and download notice mysteriously disappeared from my SENT and INBOX. I had to scan and clear all of my computer and emails with an updated McAfee.

I believe that many victims who bought products on the websites were LARGELY because of trust with Google. So let's see if we can work together to claim something from Google and to have the associated store removed from Google Search.

Plz do not fade away and check back in.

I also bought TurboTax Premier thru Homestorenow. I did receive, and downloaded the software. However, one of the forms never updated and I was unable to submit electronically. I ended up buying Premier AGAIN thru Amazon. No issue with the Amazon version.

I am pursuing a refund, but have low expectations.

I would welcome contact from Homestorenow to help refund the $29.00 that I paid thru PayPal. My gmail is gdrtask.

Hello everyone, I just want to alert you all about this site, it is a SCAM. It popped on google search so I trusted it.
I paid for 2019 Turbotax Premier with credit card & never received the link to download the software as promised.I left several voice mail messages & sent numerous emails but to no avail.
No one returns the calls nor responds to your email queries.
Please stay away from this coorks & alert every one in your contacts,please!! Thanks,

Scam - took my order for an "instant download", took the money and never provided link. Thank goodness I used PayPal. They never responded to emails or calls - total scam. Please stay away for your own sake.

When I googled Turbo Tax, it was the first one that jumped out. Because of my trust in google, I bought TurboTax from the web site Homestorenow.com. After the payment was made, they did not send me the software and never replied to my emails or answered my calls. It is a Scam, stay away!

Fraudulent. Mis-labels products.

Sells pirated software that does not work. Seller ignores communications. Buyers beware!!
