The process was seamless and the Investment Manager assigned to me was very informative and communicated via text, emails and personal calls during the entire process. It was very easy to navigate through the account portal and to upload documents. I would highly recommend Hometap to anyone that would like to have accessibility to equity in their home.

The process was relatively smooth considering the complexity of the transaction. I was not entirely satisfied with some of the answers to questions provided by the Hometap agent.

Very professional. Said it would take 30 days to 6 weeks and it did. A little misleading as far as closing and being funded, two week gap. Don't start the process unless there is no other way or if you need quick funding.
