Fake crest whitening strips. These do nothing to your teeth whatsoever. I’ve used crest whitening strips years ago and you know when they work. I would like a refund from all the strips that I haven’t used. What a lot of money to con someone!I will be contacting my bank too! Awful!

Great speedy response from customer service relating to delivery queries

I recently moved city and I couldn’t get Phillips Zoom 6% from any local dentists. I was hesitant to buy it online in case it was fake, or the product just never arrived. However, I cannot fault this company at all! The correct (genuine) product arrived in two days, even though I only paid for the standard shipping. The company kept me in the loop the whole time with emails and tracking etc. I’ll definitely buy from them again when I run out!

Purchased the crest white strips with express delivery, I asked if there was any way my parcel could be posted that day as I hadn’t realised I ran out of strips and had an event at the weekend. I received them the next day! Brilliant service and great price. Thank you!

Dear Home teeth whitening!!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while using your product. I have encountered two significant issues that I would like to bring to your attention.

Firstly, I find that there is a considerable waste of gel when using the syringe, as it seems that I lose half of it during the application process. This is quite frustrating, as I expect to utilise the product effectively.

Secondly, and more concerning, is the reaction I have experienced with my gums. After following the instructions provided, I am now suffering from burns and blisters on my gums. This has caused me a great deal of discomfort and worry.

I would appreciate a prompt response regarding these complications, as I believe it is important to address these issues for the benefit of all users.

Delivery was awful my original package was left In a communal hallway and i never recieved it, the company made me file a police report before they would send me out a replacement as a refund wasn't possible so much stress for such a bad product

After sending in my complaint to the company I was basically told to go see my dentist ? I have been using the nozzle to apply and as stated 8 followed the exact guidelines the gel just ends up everywhere as the syringe is very difficult to apply as previous customers have stated the company as no intrest in after care takes your money and that's the end of their service to you DO NOT USE

Okay, so I'm the kind of person who does a lot of research before buying something from a company I've not used before. When I read the reviews here I was in two minds, should I take a punt or should I trust the negatives. I usually don't buy if bad reviews are over 10% but I decided to take a punt, and honestly I don't really understand why some reviews say the items are fake and not genuine. I brought the Zoom DayWhite 9.5%, I compared them side by side to the 6.5% I got from dentist and can say it's definitely genuine, the printing is the same, the syringes are the same quality, the batch numbers are the correct format. I've used it for a few days now and have no issues. I will be ordering all future Zoom Whitening from them.
