My an order , did not receive order. When I contacted them she started showing incorrect tracking information. Her name was Hayley.
FAKE COMPANY BASED IN UAE.
NOT GENUINE PRODUCTS PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. £50 of my money down the drain, just to be given a fake product.
I always used genuine products and thats how I know that these are not genuine.
People simply just want to whiten their teeth to make them feel better in their appearance, then you get individuals like this selling fake goods. Should be closed down.
I ordered tester strips and manually entered my address, but the checkout system sent my items to a different address. I messaged them straight away and they bluntly refused to resend me 3x testers to my address and asked their shippers to return then previous order! They kept messaging me to say it will go where the address was at checkout! Considering i entered my correct address manually i have no idea where they picked up the incorrect address! Rude CX, UX. Do not recommend. Use advanced whitening. Ive lost £20 to them when they coukd just replace it and have a hapoy customer! They checkout system is not calibrated correctly. God knows where my manually entered address went to!
The product is very good. However my order was incomplete - only half the product I had ordered arrived. They agreed to investigate- this took time and I had to chase. They then insisted that the order was complete and essentially accused me of lying. I would never do this. I feel totally ripped off. I would not recommend.
WARNING. Unfortunately, my first set of whitening came unsealed and therefore unsafe. When I contacted customer service at home teeth whitening they claimed this was normal, but when I spoke to the manufacturer, they confirmed the goods were faulty.
I ordered a replacement online assuming the company would refund me for the faulty product, but have not offered a refund. I therefore refused the replacement before delivery, and they are !82 refusing to refund this as well. I therefore cannot recommend this company and their practices, as I am now left needing to claim a charge back with my credit card provider.
Unreal results using their products and service was fantastic. Ive bought from them frequently for years. Highly recommend.
Almost impossible to attach to teeth. Not easy to remove strip from it's pad and far too 'sticky'. Strip sticks to fingers and very difficult to place on teeth.
I have only bought a few times and it's been on a half yearly basis. I originally had my teeth whitened with my dentist but the price he charged I thought I'd have a look online and I can buy the gel for a fraction of the price, it keeps my teeth top ups nice and white. Fast and efficient delivery.
I really do like the whitening strips. They have changed my smile a lot, and well worth the money, (when I can buy them). They make me feel great and it’s lovely when I get a compliment about my teeth. I’m nearly 70 and I still have all of them, thank you.

Customer service non existent. I placed an order for 20strips/10 treatments. I know for some this can be confusing but I have ordered many times before without an issue. I received my order to discover I had only been sent half of what I ordered. I explained this through customer service and simply received what seems like an automated response on how the number of strips work. Hayley has sent me the same email reply back twice now. I have explained multiple times that I have not received my order in full and I haven’t received any help whatsoever. My invoice stated a quantity of 2x 10 strip/5 treatments I only received 1x of this. No one seems to be replying to emails or being helpful. I’m still waiting on a decent response a week later.
My package was never delivered and Hayley in Customer Service has been extremely unhelpful. Unresponsive, says she will provide an update after a set amount of time and doesn’t, no willingness to help at all. There have been no updates as to where my package is, if they will be sending a new one or refunding me - just happy to take my money and never deliver anything.
Ordered and realised my phone had auto filled the wrong shipping address. I read the reviews on here and was panicking because it seems others were not able to get this resolved. I emailed the company minutes after I had ordered and again was panicking as the response time was up to 48 hours in which case my order would have been shipped already. However I was delightfully surprised when I woke up the next day to confirmation that my address had been updated, my strips came the day after to the correct address. I experienced great customer service, fast and helpful response time too.
I ordered a Philips Zoom Day Whitening Kit (Order #48602), and it arrived without the nozzle attachments needed to use the gel. I checked the entire package thoroughly — they were simply not there.
When I contacted customer support, instead of offering any help or resolution, they responded by referencing CCTV footage claiming the nozzles were packed. Irrelevant. No offer to replace or assist — just a dismissive reply.
They even had the audacity to end the email with “we appreciate your understanding” when the matter hadn’t been resolved or even acknowledged properly. Shocking customer service. I’ll never order from here again.

Literally a scam business save your money and go to the dentist, they’ll sell you faulty products and you’ll get 0 returns. You’ve only got one set of teeth don’t risk it.
Ineffective & slow customer service, confusing and faulty website
Website automatically changed the address I put in with the billing address, which was not the address intended for the package to head to. I am 100% certain this was not a mistake on my part. The website gave me a 15 minute time period to cancel or edit the order, which I think is too short anyway, however due to extremely confusing and inadequate website design it was impossible to find how to do this. Even after the 15 minutes was up I still could not find how to cancel or edit the order, at this point I’m assuming this feature just does not exist? This is supposed to be a crucial feature that should be highlighted on order confirmation, and the fact that it was so hidden (if it even exists) felt a bit like a scam tactic to prevent people from cancelling orders. The online chatbot was also very misleading and unhelpful. Customer service got back to me very late with an irrelevant and unhelpful response.
I usually let these things go and don’t write bad reviews but this incident was so frustrating and put me in a very difficult position for a product I needed so urgently.
