CXL by Christian Lacroix sofa sale - The helpline number for their Sofa sales and assistance line on +33 974 775 430, Spoke to a person on two seperate days, on the first day I was asked to upload my concerns to their website form for an order being placed by a partner supplier, I was told by the person on the call known as Katg*** that they would contact the supplier about an issue of the naming of the colours being incorrect I did this with screenshots provided, this was all stopping me from making a purchase with their partner who I had already contacted as they requested, on the second occasion of my call I was hung up on when the I spoke to the same person who really did not give a damn about the problem and showed no concerns, the person call me and I told them not to call me again because of the rudeness of this person, I would not buy a sofa from this company it is a disgusting customer service to treat customers in this way. They have not a care about the fact that they are losing tens of thousands in sales from having a partner provider incorrectly advertising their products and the way their customer service employees treat potential customer.

Very beautiful products and high quality of materials. I’m very happy. Regarding the packaging is a bit too normal for the price that all products costs - I was expecting something more expensive and most important somehow protecting the items inside the box..
clean etc… the plastic packaging inside was covered with dust so..

I placed my order on the 12th october 2023, I direct paid with my creditcard and subsequently the order was confirmd via e-mail. But they mentioned I Should wait till order was ready. Now it the 17th and still no confirmation received that shipment is ready to be shipped. I guess this store has an internal problem in their proces. In the mean time I placed another order and Here also same story. I dont understand why they dont send their customers an e-mail with an explanation for the delay.

Update: I placed in Total three separate orders. I received till now one shipment the other two are still not shipped to me, and I did not receive any e-mail that the shipments are ready to be shipped.
Status still pending.
