Stumbled upon the Uxbridge (Hillingdon) store having been given no service in another local tile shop.
They have a great selection of tiles, they took my order efficiently and the stock arrived as promised.
Even sorted out 3 more tiles that I was short due to my own miscalculation.

Mustafa in particular gave service that should be noted.

I went to collect my tiles on 25/6/19 which I was notified of arrival few days before,
from the Ilford store. I was told by one of the two store assistants (not Kevin) that I
should have called before arriving, that the tiles were tucked away in the back of the
store, and that I would have to wait for 10-15 minutes while he served another
customer.

I protested that at no time did he inform me during the phone call ore previously that I
needed to ring in advance, and that I had just come off the underground and it would
not have been possible to call.
He then proceeded to follow the said customer around the store while he browsed
different products, while having pretended that he was actually completing their order.

In all I was made to wait for half an hour while he conducted a leisurely conversation
with the other customer. I finally intervened and said I was getting late for my next
appointment, at which point he grudgingly came to load the tiles into my car boot, a
job which took all of 5 minutes.

I can only presume that this example of shoddy customer service reflected the fact
that I had ready paid up and was therefore a captive customer from whom he could
expect no more custom, and preferred to cultivate new customer relations with a
potential buyer instead.

Furthermore, despite having been repeatedly reminded that we needed to have the same batch and date stamps on all the tiles, and being promised that they would be ordered as such and double checked at the store,  my builder discovered that one box was not matching the others.

Not only am I not going to visit your store again, but will actively advise friends to
avoid it due to the shockingly bad attitude displayed towards me.

Just bought the tiles for my new bathroom floor and walls through these guys, High Wycombe store. Have to say they were very helpful and the price was excellent. Raz in particular (main sales guy) was great to deal with and even gave me a couple of free tiles when I had run out!
I would highly recommend them
