Good result despite dislike of technology.
Our experience of HomeToGo itself was quite satisfactory but the system took us into Sykes. The booking of the holiday cottage was smooth enough but in trying to make ancillary enquiries we were constrained by various technologies such as WhatsApp, QR codes, on-line accounts, etc., to which we are not amenable, being in our 80's. We much prefer to speak to real human beings and lament the prevailing absence of clearly displayed telephone numbers today. Despite those frustrations, however, we are glad to secure the letting of the cottage and think we have been provided with all the information we need for our visit.

I discovered a property my wife and I…
I discovered a property my wife and I much like the look of and exactly in the area we were hoping to find somewhere. It didn't take long to make the booking. There was one small problem though that in the latter part of the property description the place where we were booking in Cornwall suddenly became confused with a similar named village in Cumbria, which we happen to know. Fortunately an AI search "admitted" that there must have been a mistake in the description.

Mixed experience
There was good information on the site to select a property and since making a booking the service has been very efficient with lots of useful information. However while making the booking there was a problem (probably technical) and I could find no one to talk to to get help only a chat bot that just sent me round in circles. So almost gave up at that point. A telephone number for help would be really good
