Irresponsible money grabbing…

Irresponsible money grabbing nonprofessional people.
Not trustworthy.
Do not advise any customer to use their services.
Even before agreeing on T&T and before finalising payment and card details I received confirmation of booking while still searching for a flight and train tickets.
Trying to call them was to no avail as no one is there to chat with on line, no one on whatsapp and phone number quoted does not accept calls.

They are working with Novasol- which was also involved in this farce.
Made my experience so bad I cancelled my trip.

Easy to book

Easy booking and good overview.
But be aware that when redirected to Booking.com Prices are not the ones visible on Hometogo. This is misleading for example search for an apartment for 4 persons shows up at hometogo at DKK 6500, turns out to be DKK 13000, when redirected to Booking.com in order to book.

We rented this accommodation which was advertised for 105 m2 intended for 6 people but actually with 8 sleeping places. It was a bad experience. No service and poor accommodation which did not live up to what was advertised.
No contact to the agency despite email inquiries early in the week.
Of the 105 m2, there was a large part in an unusable basement room. The apartment is in our opinion not usable for 6 adults. It should max. be for 4 people consisting of 2 adults and 2 children.
Enormously poorly furnished with little use of the area. 6 people squeezed inside the kitchen/family room/living room of just under 40 m2. The residence is specified at 105 m2. Of these, it turns out to be 30-40 m2 of unused space in the basement located together with a garage.
Poorly equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery etc.
Bed and sun loungers were broken and not usable. Bracelets required to reside in the pool area were missing. The place was chosen because it was allowed to bring a dog. That was not allowed in the pool area is very understandable, but that it was also not allowed to be in the rest of the garden area, was very unsatisfactory and not the premise on which the accommodation was booked.
The above is also written by mail to the agency. But haven't gotten any response from there.
It is in no way recommended to use either the agency or the site.

I booked a holiday house for 7 days, the check in is on the 13/03/21.My bookings were made on the 14/02/21to tis day I haven't heard from them,How will I get the keys or the adress a simple communication would be nice

I tried many options for my vacation rental in Europe but this had the most comprehensive list with transparent pricing.

I was recently looking for a vacation house in France when i came across Hometogo. I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth of options, eaae of booking and by the support received from their customer care when i needed some clarifications.

Overall, we had a great vacation at the house and will be defintely looking into this platform when looking for our next vacation home.

Booked a trip to New York with Hometogo, I loved that they had so many properties and I could select the perfect flat according to my budget. Accomodation was clean and same as shown in picures, good experience!
