I placed an order from hometown hero CBD and than decided to call and ask questions about the product. I decided I wanted to cancel the order but the product was already shipped. Customer service then told me they would refund my order but that I could no longer use their website. They deactivated my account permanently so I can no no longer sign in to find the tracking details of my order or buy anything else. I have not received the refund I was told I would get.
