Bought a set of patio doors from ValueDoors in Aug23 and had a few quality issues with it when it arrived. VD managed to get it sorted in about 7 days by sending out a fitter and the door has been fine since. Quality of the instructions for installing the door were a bit basic and vague which made the install a bit of a pain, but over all the experience and product was good, just not excellent.

We had a door fitted a couple of weeks ago and we are so happy with the result. The customer service was great from start to finish (with a special shoutout to Greg who was super helpful) - I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get doors or windows fitted.

I had a comp door fitted in March 2024, and reported various issues with it, like movement at the top, when locked. Due to this, draught comes through the top. An engineer came out and said he doesn’t know why the movement is at the top and not at the bottom of the door, played with the bolts made it worse then put it back to where it was - which is still not good. He made comments to me which he then clearly retracted when he reported back to the office. Now I’m sitting with £1500 door which has issue and they ignore my emails. Currently considering ADR and section 75 under consumer credit act. Really disappointed as at first things were going well with comms etc.

Phoned on a Friday in January with a small issue, the fitter was there on the following Monday morning to adjust.

I bought a new composite front door from these guys last year and had it fitted last month. Communication was great from the moment I made the first enquiry until the day the fitter arrived to fit the door. I had a great deal on the door itself, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new door or new windows.

We'd used value doors in the past , so we knew in advance that the job would be done well , and also at a good price .
We had some old white patio doors taken out , and replaced with anthracite grey french doors . Even now , almost a year later I still can't believe the transformation it made . The lads who fitted them did a perfect job and thoroughly explained the workings of the doors , the best way to keep the glass looking new etc..

The surveyor was very thorough and precise with measurements. The installer had no qualms in adjusting the narrow door opening to fit the door. The door itself is substantial and solid as well as being good looking. All my friends and family have expressed praise and a little envy for the door.

I searched around a lot for an affordable door company with good quality, installation, and found Value Doors. They had great reviews and unbeatable prices, so I decided to go with them. I spoke many times with Usama about what I needed and he was very patient and understanding.

Eventually, I decided to purchase a 48mm GRP composite door (timber core) with side panel windows to increase my front door security and reduce noise from the street near my flat. I added on other features as well such as argon gas in the windows for added noise reduction and 45 degrees opening windows. Cost came to about £1,947 including a £100 discount voucher and VAT.

My door installation was delayed once but we quickly found another date that worked.

One issue was that once the door arrived and was being installed, I noticed that the opening direction was inward instead of my requested direction of outward. But after I explained the issue to Sue from customer service, we agreed that fully replacing the door would be wasteful and she kindly agreed to waive my last 10% payment as a gesture of good will. Thanks Sue!!

Installation was done by Matt who did a smashing job and was very thorough - was done in one day from about 10AM to 8PM.

Overall, the experience was smooth and everyone was very kind and understanding. I’d be more than happy to order from them again and my door looks fantastic! Thanks Value Doors!!

I searched for quite some time to find the right company providing the right quality service and product. This business installed new French Doors for us and we were (and are still) delighted with them. Would I recommend them……absolutely I would.

What a fabulous experience, staff were incredibly helpful and advised to help me in my decision making. At no time were they pushy or intrusive. The result is a fabulous door, exactly what I wanted including the hardware. They were cheaper than anywhere else and I will definitely use them again.

Very happy with the quality of the product and the service offered. Matt, our fitter, was outstanding. Our aluminum French door looks amazing in our new kitchen area. We will 100% be using again when we do our second phase of works.

I brought a front door and had it fitted. Their service was amazing all the way through. I paid my door in two payments and then I had my new door fitted in days after paying in full, they sent out a surveyor to take measurements and to make sure I put everything that was needed on my order, which turned out I put some things wrong and when they put all the right details in, it actually made my door cheaper so was over the moon. Great service from start to finish,
