I am truly disappointed in my purchase from Homewix. I ordered the Hippie Girl puzzle. After almost a month and five emails to "customer service", I received my puzzle. When I pulled it out of the bag, it was in big pieces. So before I can put it together, I have to separate it into individual pieces. It's a rather flimsy material and certainly not worth the money. Don't waste your $$$.

Based on my experience, decide for yourself. Is this what you call customer service? I don’t! On 5/8/20, I placed an order totaling $43.90 for the Hippie Girl Puzzle. On 5/15/20, I inquired to the status as I had not received a tracking number confirming shipment. Home wiz replied on 5/18/20, informing me it takes 8-12 business days to be shipped. Seems a bit long, but okay. Then on 5/24/20, I was informed the item shipped, but did not receive a tracking number. I was also informed shipping takes 10-15 business days. At the lates my purchase should have arrived 6/15/20. Today is 6/20/20. On 6/13/20, I requested the tracking number which they provided. Once I tracked the package I discovered it has been sitting in Los Angeles since 6/3/20 with no movement. Today is 6/29/20. I have asked for replacement to be shipped 2 day priority. This request falls on deaf ears as it has been ignored!

Another Scam...I purchased an order online for a dragonfly face mask, which was on Face Book and it says I paid $ 24.94 USD to UOY Media Pte Ltd. well, email says ben@ uoymedia.com, but when I wrote to Ben asking him when I can expect my order, a blank email came back Re: Face mask with a different name, Manh Hoang, with no response to my email.
