Huge Scam, don't waste your money. Got it for my BF's birthday gift and haven't heard a single thing from them since ordering on NOV 14. tried contacting them but that isn't getting me anywhere. Really hope these people get what's coming for them, and the people who really do make these hoddie's sue the life out of these scammers.

Doesn’t matter how much you write them through everything they don’t give a damn, spend my last money for literally nothing. Hope they get their karma, assholes.

Its a scam, they dont reply at ig nor i didnt get any gmail after paid 270 for clothes so dont waste ur money n time if u planning to buy it, i hope the scammer can get whatever karma they deserved 💕

I ordered a hoodie on the 14th August and still haven‘t received it yet. Wrote them an Email but became no answer.

My friend’s had ordered a hoodie that show buy 1 get 1 free at 11 nov . But after payment she doesn’t receive any email from this shop. We think is a scam, the ig page didn’t give us any response.

I ordered a present for a friend of mine, but these bad people just took my money. My friend didn't receive a present for her birthday because of them. I have loaned the money for this present and it didn't arrive. I used inappropriate words in the instagram page but they have deleted all the photos. I am scammed and sad

I do not usually come here, but I will go out of my way and tell you that this website is an outright scam, no matter how affordable the products deem they look like, you will never receive them. Urge you to not fall for this fraudulent website.

They're just scammers. They take your money and don't send anything, and they don't respond to messages.

I hate them, they stole my money. I just want my hoodies

I placed an order on October 5th for two The Neighbourhood hoodies and I never received anything.
I was waiting for a shipping confirmation email, but it never arrived.
When I checked my order status through the link they provided, it showed “on its way”, while in their app it first said “preparing” and one week later even “delivered”, but nothing ever arrived.
I contacted customer support multiple times: email, Instagram, and through their website… no reply at all. No real contact, no assistance.
Luckily, I got a refund through Revolut, but avoid this website at all costs.

ordered 2 hoodies on October 12th, billie eilish and the neighbourhood, i got an email saying ill receive an update when its shipped and never did i have emailed once already and never got a response and emailed again earlier today (October 26th) dont order from here as you wont receive your product and wasting your money that you wont get back
