I understand that insurance companies…

I understand that insurance companies base their decisions on where you live, the type of vehicle you own, your driving record, etc., but denying you insurance because of your job and assuming you'll do something wrong with your vehicle is a type of "legal" discrimination.

A broker who contacts you to confirm…

A broker who contacts you to confirm information they already know; looking for a reason to cancel your insurance. And when they do, like in my case, they charge you a £65 cancellation fee....after 1 day and my policy had not even started.

Do not go with this company

My bike got stolen and I of course reported it to Honda Insurance! They said I had to pay the excess unless the police found thief! We found thief and sent the police report to insurance company and they then back pedaled saying they won’t pursue him they expect me to pay it even though he has been charged with theft!
They then refused to pay me back the money I had paid in full for the year and bike was only 5months old! They said they don’t reimburse money for anything!
They have treated me like the criminal everytime I have interacted with Leanne and been made to feel like I should sign away my rights to not being charged excess! Now I’m fighting with them and have reported them to the AFCA who is now involved. Hopefully they will make them chase the guy for the excess and not treat victims like criminals! Disgusting that we as victims have to pay for excess as it is NOT our fault there are criminals stealing peoples hard earned items!
Don’t go with them they don’t care and just keep all your money
