Buying a product. Receiving it after 3 weeks because it comes directly from China … arrived with two broken pieces so asked to send it back. First email : please keep it, we give you a 5% discount for your next purchase. I refuse, insist I want a return. Then I get the same mail, offering a 10% discount ! I refuse, insist again for the return. I get a third email, offering me to keep the item and have a 20% discount ! I get serious, telling them that I just want to return the article and get my money back. They then accept to let me return the article provided I pay for postage. Never seen that a customer pay for a return when the product arrives defective. Anyways. Just a lesson learned. I should have checked trustpilot first

We purchased a cooling mat for our dog, upon opening it lots of white powder come out of the package, I mean lots of it. Decided to send back, but first very hard to get in touch with customer service, when we did and got an address, we sent back per registered mail. The package was not accepted was returned to us. Conclusion: buying from this company has cost me money, time and more money and a kilo of white powdery stuff which I have no idea what it is. I will be informing the consuwijzer.
Edit 5 September: After 12 emails since June, I don’t believe that you will solve anything if I email again. Unless you refund order 62433, this review will warn to others not to do business with you

I ordered the 'Dog Bed Comfort'. It took twice as long to be delivered as was originally stated, probably as it comes directly from China. The dog bed is poor quality, has no where near as much padding in it as the photos on the website show, and the colour wasn't accurate either. I'm then told I have to pay for the costs of the return myself, even though the product advertised isn't what was sold. I wouldn't ever shop here again.

This company is a complete scam. Dog beds arrived a month late from China, poor quality. Have sent multiple emails following their return policy on website but they won't honour it and will not send me return details for my refund. I believe the emails by Ella and Noah are bots as they don't actually respond to questions in emails. I wish I read more reviews prior to my online purchase. This company has basically stolen money by not cooperating with a return policy on a product that was completely misleading both in product and delivery timeframe.

I ordered a collar against ticks and a foldable travel bowl for my dog. After 2 weeks time, the order was nowhere to be seen though so I contacted the customer service. They were apologetic but could not say when I could expect the order so I kindly asked them to cancel it and refund the money. This wasn't possible but 2 days later I finally received a tracking link and my order arrived 7 days later.
The products are of good quality.
I felt quite a relief I got my order because I didn't expect it anymore having read all the bad reviews on Trust Pilot.
The products come from China so if you can wait, it's fine but if you need something urgently, you should try a different webstore perhaps.

I ordered a dog bed at the beginning of May 2023 and it has not arrived. The order number 5702 given when they acknowledged the order cannot be traced on their track and trace system. I have had a couple of emails from various people but no answers. Does anyone know how to contact the CEO please? I will now paste my review on facebook and the Dogs organisations that I subscribe to.

Despite JOA blatantly lying to me that the order was on route some weeks ago and refusing to refund me because the package was on route the truth is that it was never ordered until very recently.
I will contact the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce about this awful company.

we are monitoring the link and until 2 data ago it said it would arrive between 1st and 7th December. But now it says it could arrive between the 7th and the 24th. Will it continue to postpone the presumed delivery date? We cannot autore longer as we need to use it soon. We request a refund of the money spent.

Waiting for a feedback ASAP.

I definitely don't recommend this place to buy anything.
Communication with them is almost not possible.

Hi i ordered the following product on 10jan
Dewel® Dogbed Comfort | Orthopedische Hondenmand | Hondenkussen × 1
Mintgroen / XXL Diameter 100cm

Product was supposed to be received by 21jan.
This didnt happen I requested my money back but they asked me to wait until end of january so I did. I order a 100cm size product i received a 92cm product. In addition this is suppose to be an orthopedishe bed specially designed to supportthe body weight in a specific way for a large size dog. The bed i received is filled in a patchy way, therefore uneven holes can be found along the entire surface of the bed. The cheap foam can not even handle the weight of my hand.
I have contacted the company as i believe this product is either faulty or at least does not meet the quality standards they advertize already since last 3feb with not reaction. They do not answer email or phone. I would very much appreacitate any guidance to to enforce my delivery warranty for a faulty product . Kind regard

This company is a scammer.
Do not buy here, they will not answer to your email and will loose your money without getting any product.

Essentially they don't deliver any of your purchases and then they ghost you.

Should have read the reviews here first, these people are scamming you, they most likely order the products on Aliexpress for half the price and then ship it from China and shipping takes months. Avoid at all cost, order from a reputable seller

It’s a scam company , I’m so sorry I didn’t come here first to read the reviews. They dragged my order for months with customer service answering once every few weeks and delivery the wrong item. Then I found out that I have to pay the transport for the return of item … please stay away, I hope there is a government agency that investigates these thieves!

One star because I can’t give less. Ordered two dog collars on 26/9 got one of the collars on the 13/10. Waited one more week and got in touch with Hondenmagazijn on 20/10 via mail. Got an answer back same day with a poor excuse that due to current situation many orders were delayed by two weeks time. This is a lame excuse as I had received a partial delivery the week before. So understaffing and alike doesn’t make the cut. I was offered a 15% discount which I said I would wave if I got my order by the end of October, otherwise I wanted my money back in full. To my second and third email I didn’t got any reply and I think I can wait seated for any contact let alone the dog collar that is still missing. So my advice: don’t buy anything from Hondenmagazijn, they are scammers. You don’t get your products and they stay with your money. I’m thinking on a official complain to the competent entities maybe they get shut down and stop scam people. This is a company of crooks!!!

Dropshipping is legal of course but hondenmagazijn.nl hides this very well by not telling you anywhere in their site the fact that stuff is shipped from China and by displaying fake stock numbers and not mentioning any shipping times in the product pages. I ordered a Seresto dog collar and after 18 days the package arrived. It was not even a counterfeit Seresto collar, even worse, it's some other crappy Chinese competing product that does not work. Turns out that their webshop is also very intentionally designed to be misleading and have you inadvertently order an alternative brand instead. Disgusting.

And the cherry on top, if I want to return this thing for a refund I need to pay them €5.95 for a mandatory return label!

No stars. They took my money but do not deliver anything.
