This App Nearly Broke My Workstation Server Laptop
Hone.gg caused major issues on my Dell Workstation Server Laptop which is Spec'd Out. It disabled important Windows services and changed power settings in ways that made my system unstable even after uninstalling. It took me basically an entire day to undo everything and get my laptop back to normal. Be careful with this app.

As Hone's more tailored to games rather than workstation servers, features we disable like certain Windows Services are deemed unimportant for the average gamer in the industry, while it may have an adverse affect on workstations which isn't our target audience, that's why we recommend users to make a backup of their system before using anything in the application and to steer clear of any optimizations that could disable features which are important for them.
However, on the subject of the power settings not getting reverted even after uninstalling the app, we would love to look further into this for you and for the sake of our userbase, even if you aren't willing to give Hone a second shot in the future.
We'd heavily appreciate it if you could contact our CX Lead moh_was_there directly on Discord about the Optimizations you'd enabled and the power settings that were left unchanged in the process. He's expecting you for if you decide to talk to him. 🙌

Be careful selecting fps boost presets,it ruined my PC
I have downloaded hone on my PC,I Selected some of the "fps boost presets" and when I tried to log in to my game black screened instantly and crashed my PC.I uninstalled it,reset my drivers,reset my pc,DDU uninstall, verify my game files through steam, Windowed my game repair the game's anticheat,verify my windows files, restarted my DNS-wifi settings,I uninstall the most recent windows uptade,uninstall and installed the game and nothing changed.The game was running perfectly before and now I can't play it.The worse decision of my life.Be careful
