showed that the item was delivered when it wasen't and then told me it went to the wrong address and said they would replace it. Not a good company and all my e-mails are in chinese

I ordered Skechers trainers via Facebook. I haven't them yet, despite them telling me to wait a little longer and then telling me they had re-sent them. As soon as I mentioned that I wanted a credit for the trainers not received - they ignored my emails. so I'm left with no trainers and no refund.
