We are a legitimate company that just wants to offer our customers the best prices and products, including our welcome offer which is the free gift box. As soon as you sign up for the free gift box you have 14 days to activate your gift card code and place your order for the gift box of your choice. Are you sure that you followed all the steps necessary in order to receive your free gift box?
I can assure you that we have no way of deducting money from your account without your consent. When you signed up for our welcome offer you simultaneously agreed that you would become a member of our club. As a club member, you get charged once a month, and then you get that same amount as a gift card that you can spend in our webshop. This is explained during the registration process, as well as in the terms and conditions, and needs your consent in order for you to become a member.
If you don’t wish to be a member of our club anymore, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
We answer all of the emails we receive, and normally you’ll have an answer within 48 hours of contacting us. Keep in mind that sometimes our answers land in the spam folder of the person we are contacting, and this is not something that we have any control over.
