Honest great customer service and on the few occasions I have needed them, they have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made sure that I was happy and had resolved the issues before closing the call.

I had a SIM, I cancelled it as it didn't work, they then too two payments, one today and one last year, after I cancelled it. They refunded today's but not the one last year. Honest?! Not!

Had an issue dowloading the esim on to my tablet so asked for support, they got in touch straight away and tried everything they could to get itvto work they really did. Sadly it turned out my tablet couldnt take an e-sim so they refunded my money straight away.
I use honest mobile on my phone and find it to be briiliant used it in morroco and was conected all the time with no issues.
I cant recomend honest mobile enough

Kirsty at honest mobile was incredible at sorting out our new smart Sims whilst we were abroad travelling. We've had nothing but good service from honest mobile and will continue to be very happy customers and recommend them to anyone!

I was having real difficulty in upgrading to eSIM2 but when Milo got involved the problem was soon solved and I was back ‘firing on all cylinders’ Milo held the key!

I updated my phone and didn’t realise i needed a new eSIM so read the help and used the chat. Despite being after 6pm instant response from agent and brilliant service. Well done and thanks!

Kirsty was ace. Swift and sorted my issue out so quickly. It’s always felt like a really personal connection whenever I’ve needed to reach out. I even got a little potential piece of insider scoop based on the conversation, so that was a pleasant and unexpected bonus, even if it doesn’t transpire.

She understood my request, no copy and paste responses here, thank goodness! Just really proactive and the initial issue was dealt with inside 5 minutes. 

I accessed the team directly through the app’s chat feature and whilst I had to type everything, they’re so on it that had I not have had the capacity to type, there’s an audio recording option and the transcription was excellent. What would be good would be the ability to send voice notes!

Highly recommend you check them out and the Smart SIM is genius!

Had a problem with my new Honest Mobile ESim (probably of my own making) so contacted the support team (mainly Leah). Their assistance was beyond any customer service I have encountered. Responses were immediate, concise and personable which resulted in a solution delayed only by travels and not being in a convenient spot to work on it. An outstanding performance, a nice company to deal with and a great product that will also save me paying the normal providers a penny more than I need to!
