Product didn't do anything . Its crap .
To return the company wants you to return thr product at your expense to Japan .

My partner has been incredibly patient while navigating the challenges of my snoring and sleep apnea. After going through countless products with no success, I was hesitant to try Honex, fearing yet another disappointment. However, with my partner’s constant encouragement, I finally gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised. The product worked the very first night; my partner even described the transformation as a miracle. I have used Honex ever since, and I am finally free from snoring and the disruptions of sleep apnea.

Sort of ordered it on accident. Was trying to oder another product. Cheap piece of plastic that has zero design and is not moldable to your bite. Company is a total scam. Tried to return it (unused) and they wanted me to return it to Japan when it had been shipped from Thousand Oaks CA.

I was doubtful that tho would work my kids and wife wanted me to go for a sleep study and then I saw the add for the Honex and got one . Sleeping better not snoring which means my wife is sleeping better and that’s good all around

Very comfortable. Easy to wear. Actually feel like I get a good night sleep now. I wake up not tired. Before this product I woke up several times a night sometimes choking. I’ve tried other products but this one is definitely the best

This is the most comfortable device I have tried. It doesn't force your jaw forward like others, so it feels natural and doesn't hurt my jaw. And the price is less than the competitors.

I'm a 66-year-old woman and the one who snores in my house. Neither my husband nor our cat snore, which I find very embarrassing. Since I started using the Honex anti-snoring mouthpiece, they and I can sleep peacefully all night long. Thank you.

Absolutely rubbish company, ordered a mouth guard November 2025,item failed to be delivered,emailed them to see if they could help,no help whatsoever,asked for a refund,still waiting,I would avoid purchasing anything off this company

I have been using the device for about 10 days, my mouth adapted to the device on about 30 minutes and found it to be comfortable, I monitor my sleep and oxygen each night, after only a few nights I have increased my recorded sleep from avg of about 3.5-4 hrs per night to 6-7 hrs per night and my spo2 is 95-97 over night. I did removed it last night as I had a blocked nose and found my stat's had dropped off for that night, will see how I go tonight.

Ordered product online because I believed in all the hype and two weeks later I'm still waiting for the product. Sent a what's going on message and the message appears to be a generated message and offering 20% off your next order! If you can't do good on this order, what makes you think I'll order anything again from your company? I message them again for a refund and another generated message, and this looks like another scam? And I probably won't begetting my money back? I'll go to my financial institution and file a fraud complaint.
I wish I would have came here first and read the reviews, if I had I wouldn't have ordered their product!
I strongly urge anyone to come here first before buying a product offline...save yourself the hassle and drama!

I have tried a lot of different types of products for sleep apnea including a machine, mouth guards, mouth tape, etc. This one seems to be working better than the others. I’m sleeping better as I feel refreshed in the am. It’s not bulky and it’s soft which I like.

I was diagnosed with Obstructive sleep apnea 3 yeara ago and it really diminshed my lifestyle as i cannot get quality sleep. I tried multiple stuff like CPAP machines, mouth guards that you needed to mold in your mouth and the worst is the mouth guard from the dentist. So expensive, then i run into HONEX and first try it clicked with me, i have quality sleep and helps me from grinding my teeth as i am a grinder and stress sleeper at night. I wake up evey morning feels refreshed and regenerated, it really improved my lifestyle by having the energy amd quality of sleep.

I have tried a number of anti snoring devices and I think this one is the easiest of all them to set up and use. No boiling to form a fit in your mouth, just take out of the packaging and put it in your mouth. It's comfortable and really works. My wife is very happy and I don't have any problems using it. Thank you for making are lives so much better.

The mouthpiece didn't fit well which made it uncomfortable to wear and sleep. Considering that it is supposed to help you sleep better, this is problematic. The mouthpiece doesn't come with any instructions. There is a top and bottom but nothing to help you quickly determine which is which. You need to search online to find out which side is the top. Customer service is terrible and unresponsive. When asking about which side is the top, the only response receive was a question from them to provide my order number. No response since then. Have requested confirmation of return address several times and still no response from customer service.

I ordered the 2 for 1 mouth gard deal over 21 days ago and I have not received any reply to emails nor have I received the mouth gard, you were quick to take my money I'm not impressed 😑
