I am writing from Germany. I deposited and played at Honey Betz, then requested a refund because the operator accepted my funds despite not being clearly licensed to accept players from Germany.
I sent a formal legal notice asking for licensing details and dispute resolution authority. The casino refused and has not replied for several working days.

This casino is a joke
This casino is a joke. I had 3 sets of free spins that i couldn't use every time I tried it would say "it seems that you are not logged in" when clearly i was. Their live chat consists of a bot that doesn't help at all. When i emailed them they answered and said they would look into it. Heard nothing back. So I emailed again about 3 times. The last time I was told they were working on the problem. Needless to say I lost all my free spins. Deleted the app because there was no way I would spend another penny on the crooked site.

They cancell your withdrawals to make you wait another 24h hoping that you will lose it all. Beware of this site . They don't seem to withdraw money.
After all they withdrawed my money. However they gave me two different reasons why my withdrawal was cancelled and didn't explain neither of them even tho I asked. Also they make you wait another 24hour which is their withdrawal time not taking into consideration that withdrawal was cancelled because of them. Still since they withdrawed I have to increase my rating to two stars.
