0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought these shoes and in 3 weeks that fell apart!!!! FORGET ABOUT TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY!!!. They don’t respond to e-mails, they phone has no option to talk to a person. So basically your screwed if you have a problem. The worse shoe ever and so heavy. If you buy theses shoes I feel bad for you

We ordered these shoes August 26th, because we heard that they are great for work AND we were impressed by the Canada based company whose mission is to combat the epidemic of anxiety and depression. We just received the shoes(Sept 19th)in a bag from China. Size 43 for US 10. No other print on the shoes and no other documents or tags. Cheap looking and feeling and the company is VERY SHADY. They sent a generic automatic one response email for EVERY question asked. We will be returning them to China. BEWARE

I would give no stars if I could! I ordered two pair of shoes but would not give me the conversion chart to be able to get the right size! Asked for money back and they wont give it back, if I want to return them after I get the wrong size they charge %20 restocking fee plus I have to pay for shipping both ways, W t f ! Theft of service's

If there was an option for no stars, this company would not get even one star! My husband ordered shoes and requested assistance from customer service on conversion sizes for me, but they did not assist so my husband tried to cancel the order and get our money back, and they refused! They want to give us credit! Why would we EVER do business with a company that treats customers so poorly?

Please read other reviews and stay away from these shoes. Been trying to get replacement is like me winning the lotto. Gives links that do not work. This is a rip off....Use the money to buy some lotto ticketsand then you can get some real shoes..Once again...STAY AWAY from these shoes!!!

This company is rubbish.If you do not want to lose your money, do not buy!I bought work shoes (INDESTRUCTIBLE ULTRA X PROTECTION SHOES),which were supposed to be:
Crush-proof,reinforced steel toe construction
Lightweight for all-day comfort
Non-slip, puncture-proof salts
Water-resistant fabric
Breathable and quick-drying design
Flexible style, perfect for every environment
Shoes after less than 5 months have holes in the soles.From the very beginning the sole slipped and the shoes were not water-resistant.
After sending a complaint, I got a reply message asking for an opinion.This is a joke!

Quite disappointed! Totally not good walking. I been walking in these for 10min now and the foot+lag is tired and in pain

I purchased a pair and at first they seemed great, did everything that the video claim they would do, but just under a week I noticed the fabric was wearing on the toes, at first I thought it was dirt but the fabric was wearing out, the only thing I was doing was kneeling on wood, I rehab houses, which is why I purchased the shoes for protection of nail punctures, I contact customer service and they said there was nothing they could do only replace defects on shoes not worn

I orded some shoes in May, they never delivered.. Such a hard communication i try on mails, facebook, instagram.. They tell me all that they sorry for it and i need to wait a little bit longer. Sorry my patient is over so i give a bad review on facebook and instagram and they delete it...

They told me than 4 days ago they will give my money back but no other respons anymore...

Ordered them in June, it's now the middle of August and no word on if they are coming. No response from the contact us page except the same tracking numbers I already have. One says it was denied at Port and the other has been abroad for about a month without reaching the states... If I get the shoes, review could change. But as it looks so far, SCAM COMPANY.

Shoes fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear.

I ordered the indestructible shoes from there"American" indestructible company. It turns out that they were shipped from China to my Canadian address. The shoes are too small and too narrow. I am a 10-11 and ordered size 11. There is a bump inside where the steel toe joins the rest of the shoe that rubs against the feet. I will return them today according to their shipping instructions to china! (expensive shipping fee to china)

Just received them after almost a month, wear them around the house for about 10 minutes and knew they were pieces of garbage. They hurt my toes, I couldn't wait to take them off, way too tight fitting. And after seeing what everybody else wrote, I don't even want to try and get my money back , what a waste.

These are the worst shoes and customer service I've ever gotten. The shoes are like wearing boat anchors. they are too small, super heavy, not comfortable at all and have no padding on the bottom there like walking on hard ground because they sell you insoles separately as one of their other products. They make you pay for returns

Worst company I ever made the mistake of buying from. I wish you could put zero stars. Bought shoes. Sent to me. Shoes were not what I ordered. Plus too small for my feet. I've returned the shoes to them to get my refund. They refuse to give me my refund. They just send out generac email rebuttals. It's been 3 months now arguing back and forth with emails trying to get some kind of refund. I'm now bought shoes and returned them . To them acting like the are not going to give me my money back. And now I left with absolutely nothing . I would not repeat would not ever purchase or do business with this shady company .

Bought these shoes June 9th2019 and last week (July 12th)my husband said the shoes already have a hole in the toe! Only a month since he's had them. Poor quality and this website will not honor or make good and defect on the shoes. They have to contact the Manufacturer first. DO NOT ORDER THESE SHOES!! CRAPPY workmanship and they dont hold up like promised!! Very Unhappy!!

Even though it felt like forever until I received my amazing shoes. It was definitely worth the wait. I recommend purchasing these comfortable, stylish shoes. I believe some of our elders should buy these shoes for stability, comfort, cause they are not heavy, they are similar to some of those orthopedic shoes by the way.

Thank you so much for delivery, I have already receive my order since yesterday 2019-07-09. I appreciate and am happy to get my safety shoes
