fixed live chat button bug is blocking profile Button

Poor customer Service! they are ignoring my chat since one week now. My Problem is that the live chat button which is fixed on the bottom right side in the app is exactly blocking the profile button. No function to delete my profile because I don't want to use the app anymore. I have tried to withdraw my XLM 6 times now and everytime there pops a message saying "An unexpected error occured. Please try again." with no further explanation. Live chat agents has very poor english skills. Overall not a trustworthy app! Thats why I want to delete my account which I am not able to!

Attention! Scam App from Africa.
Crypto funds can't be withdrawn support ignoring chat and the App is full of bugs. Don't download it or use it.

Please can you share your username, or any identifier you used to register that's not sensitive information, and I'll have someone on your case in minutes, the likely reason you haven't gotten support is due to the high volume of cases and smaller support windows we have during the holiday season unfortunately.
