Just tell me upfront what you're offering, and let me make some decisions before I do all of my shopping.

You sent me a discount code for 20% off my next order. I clicked on the link, ordered the bra you suggested, went to check out, wrote in code and clicked pay. Code was not applied. Went chat support and the link is frozen so you can't complain.

Mixed feelings
*UPDATED* Wish you had mix and match bundle deals. It’s my first time ordering your bras and I wanted to try a few different styles. Will update or leave a new review once I receive my order. *Update: the bra feels very well made, but I don't think it's great for a petite frame with a cup size of DD. The sides came up too high, almost into my armpit.

Tight schedule costs me the discount
It was a good experience except for you taking away my 15%. new customer discount. In order to place an order I needed to give very many measurements and did not have a measuring tape to do so. Until I purchased on I couldn't order. I am recently out of the hospital and getting out to buy a measuring tape was no easy matter. If this item I purchased works, I'll probably buy a black one but again will miss the 20% discount because I didn't buy it at the same time as the beige one. I wanted to be sure it fits before I order more. This made is an unhappy experience,

Shopping and checking out was easy
Shopping and checking out was easy! Site is great, able to find everything. Description could be better but knowing I can return or exchange helps to take a chance. It has now been over 24 hours but not 48 hours yet and no shipping update. Yes, I know we are spoiled and expect things to ship immediately but I get a little nervous when I don’t receive your order will ship by XX date.

Ordering was fairly easy, but it was a challenge to get through the ads for add on purchases. It was my first order and tempted by the offer of 15% off, but that never happened and I ended up paying full price, plus shipping because I want to try it out before I buy more than one.

No delivery approximation, too small (despite website size quiz), and $20 to return
1. When I ordered, it never told me when my order was arriving (i.e. arriving in 3-5 business days). So I ordered under the assumption that I would receive it in about a week, but it did not arrive in time for my event.
2. Was WAY too small. Couldn't even get it over my hips, despite taking the size quiz. I always order a medium, but even when I increased my measurements and weight slightly, the size estimation from the website was telling me to order a small, so I did. Too small, so couldn't use it even for future.
3. $20 fee to return, despite a website that was convincing me to order a small?? What a rip-off.

Difficult to utilize credit
Difficult to utilize credit, attempted several times on site how to get my credit without success. Received email stating store credit about to expire, clicked on to email that states to use that credit , only to realize no place to do so or to even live chat.

Although HoneyLove currently do not accommodate the size I require, I received a lovely enail apologising and that they had forwarded my enquiry to their technicians to look at.

in 2023 I bought a Bra size L
in 2023 I bought a Bra size L. I live in Argentina so it{s not a usual purchase. Today I spent nearly 30 min trying to find the size L, watched videos on how to measure myself, read 6 blog entries, finally I found that today 15 kg less after i'm a 36C. Only when purchased did the size M came to revealed itself. That´s what I wanted in the very beginning.
