Did not receive entire order with no follow up communication. Contacted my bank to dispute refund for not receiving products paid for

Received product today. Very moist but no color as advertised. Also. Was advertised as buy one get one. Didn't happen. Only got one.
I never learn. They advertise SO well.
Not ordering off of Facebook EVER AGAIN.

You took my money and 5 weeks later I'm sill waiting for the product!!!!

I asked for a refund on damaged items and they made me wait 2 months stating that they were “looking into it” and never got back to my latest email despite messaging multiple times. This company is an absolute scam do not give them your money

I can't stop laughing brought one for me and another for my daughter never again it is so small and the colour is like a purple colour. It is really a horrible colour and not even going to give it to my daughter as she will just say mum you got ripped off. So what l am saying save your money

Company does not honour the promise of a refund. 3 or 4 of the same Automated email replies. Removes and blocks any negative reviews on social media. So many others going through the same thing that I am. Lots of people not even receiving their orders but are charged on their credit cards. Buyer beware...company scams people out of their money!

I also want to add that they offer a 60 day "free" trial.

I texted Honeylipstick complaining about how the lipstick didn't stay on for 10 minutes!!!! They informed me that since I opened the package I no longer qualified for a refund. How would I know it's garbage unless I tried it on once???? They kept offering me some code to use the next time I order! WHY would I order again?

SCAM. This product is way too dark. They will not accept exchanges or refunds even thought they say they do. They will just ignore your requests to send it back or they give you an invalid code or send rude comments back to you. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BBUY PRODUCTS FROM THEM

Do not order from this company. I was sent the wrong item. It was the wrong brand , wrong type of item, and the wrong color. The package was shipped from some person named Lydia from a home address in Ontario, with no labeling connected to HoneyNoir. The item's box was not sealed and the item itself was not sealed. I was also supposed to receive a free makeup brush with the project but there was no brush.
I communicated the errors to the company. The only response was a generic canned answer that they'd look into it but I never heard back from them.
Pitiful. Don't risk your money for trash.

Absolutely everything went wrong and ive been strung along for weeks being promised numerous things...exchange for actual color i ordered, refund, and return shipping label...nothing...

Ladies...I'm not sure how we can go about this, but I'm thinking from the numerous reviews from others like me who've been jerked around by this company, that we maybe consider a CLASS ACTIONLAW SUIT? Im out 85.00 CAD which isn't my life savings, but its the principle of the matter. This company steals your money and then taunts you with lies for weeks until I believe you just surrender and cut your losses. Anyone in with me?

Actually I’d give them less than one star. I contacted the company to return the product and have been given the runaround ever since. You think you’re getting somewhere but you never do. They just string you along with promises of a return label but they never do. Don’t waster your time or your money with this company!!

The honeynoir site says cruelty free but my order arrived saying made in China .In actual fact a lot of cosmetic products are tested on animals in china ,there is no guarantee this is not .I would not have bought if I had known

I love how moisturizing this lip tint is for my lips. II ordered it to take on a cruise and was really impressed with the color!

The colours of the lipstick looked more orange than pink or red based on me and didn’t suit me so I sent over 20 emails asking to return my unopened lipsticks as per the company’s 60 day return process and they kept giving me the run around, wouldn’t give me a return address and wouldn’t give me a refund.

The order was slow to ship. The quality does not hold up to their claims in the advertising. They claim to offer a full refund if you aren’t satisfied. My experience with this company has been a total disaster. They have done nothing that they promised to do in either their advertising or the emails I received from them. No, I will not in any way recommend this product nor the seller. I would not have given them the one star but in order to leave the review, I had to. Save your money. Don’t bother with ordering here. I’m STILL trying to get my refund after 8 emails requesting it.

This is a scam with very false advertising.
It is listed as having all natural "clean" ingredients though most of the ingredients it lists on the website are not listed on the package. It DOES, however, list PETROLATUM as the second ingredient. (Ingredients listed on package: Mineral oil, petrolatum, cera alba, tocopherol, mel)
It says cruelty free on the website. There is nothing to indicate on the packaging that this product hasn't been tested on animals.
It specifically says "not made in China" on their website as a selling point. I knew immediately that it was when I got a shipping notification from China. It arrived today and says Made in China on the package.

Loved the BOGO idea so i tried both colors a few months ago. I prefer the pink most days but the darker one does in fact flatter too. The formula is smooth, glides like a gel and does last. The hubs does not find it sticky either which is a HUGE bonus in this house. Definitely will purchase again and recommend! These are the lipsticks i flip into my purse heading out the door!
