Needed to cancel my subscription due to personal reasons and they responded super quick when I emailed them about it. Very straight forward and happy to help.
The only thing I would say they could improve on is if their website had a button on the memberships where it would be quicker to just press cancel or renew instead of having to email each time you either want too reinstate/cancel your subscriptions for whatever reason to make it easier on the opperatives running behind the scenes.

Comics take too long to come out with the next episode, they don't work half the time and you get an error saying sorry. Plus I'm constantly asked for money.

Regarding the release speed, creating high-quality, full-color comics takes time, but we are working with our authors to try and increase the frequency of updates. As for the constant payment prompts, our main subscription covers the standard webtoon library; if you are seeing requests for money, you might be accessing separate content (like Manga or Spin-offs) or experiencing a glitch with your account status.
