The individual was understanding but at the end of the day the product did not do what it was advertised to do.
Product sent and charged to me that I didn’t order.
The experience wasn't great because product not as stated
The lady was somewhat helpful but still did not explain boss to return the goods as they did not go another the top of the bowl. Both toilets only went halfway if
Up. Where it hit was pretty good but I only bought it because I thought it would go under the bowl as stated and that’s what I I needed delivery was good
Honeywarm, aka renta crook! I paid for two heaters early in December, they came up with several queries about my address, which I confirmed. Since then, nothing.
Do not order from this company, they are one up from criminal
Honeywarm is a scam. Don't buy it. It is useless. Don't be taken in by their ads. I ordered two heaters and paid over C$ 140. It does nothing like what it claims to do. I asked for a refund.they returned only 1/4th the amount paid because the process to return the product was a cumbersome one. It does not heat the space it claims to do. Stay away from it.
Heater was ordered 5 December and supposedly out for delivery yesterday, but nothing arrived. Their tracking number is no longer working.
They have a telephone number: (775) 370-7938 if anyone wants to try it.
Dont get misleads by similar name to legitimate brand, this is scam, product will come in months and you will recieve Chinese knock off product, that is unsafe and unfit to purpose, as it wont heat little toilet under the stairs, never mind full room, as they advertised
Utter scam. Purchased heater, two weeks later no sign of it. The contacts I have had keep on asking me for the shipping address as they ‘don’t seem to have those details’. Utter scam - avoid.
Its a scam. Same thing happened me that happened the other reviewers
When I saw their YouTube advertisement, I thought they sell reputable UK-made heaters. Both the prices and functions (especially the safety and antimicrobial functions) listed on their webpages attracted me. After selection of the quantity, they asked for payment method, then asked whether I would pay more for same day delivery, then ask for my willingness to pay more for insurance against damages. I chose normal despatch and no additional protection. After these, they again asked my willingness to buy one or two heaters at further discount. After I chose yes, Lloyds Bank immediately rejected this transaction as suspicious. I thought the transaction should be frustrated; they didn't send me any order confirmation neither. Nevertheless, I checked my bank and found there was a pending payment from a company not called HoneyWarm, which raised my suspicion. I then fact-checked to note their customer office is in Lithuania/ brand name being Australian/webpages are copycat of WellHeater. I then reported my case & findings to my bank and got refund immediately. I sent several emails to their customer service but could not stop them from sending me several vexatious emails saying that they confirmed the order/quality-checked then shipped their products (from China according to Tracking history). In my last email, I said I might have to call the police when necessary.
I gave one star for their way of selling products, for their poor customer service and vexatious emails, and the troubles that they have caused. Probably there are more to tell...
I ordered one heater with standard delivery and the page became German as soon as my payment details were entered. Cost was approx €58. I then received an email stating I had ordered 5 plus 4 heatwaves. Comple lies. I contacted support immediately who came back and said it was too late to change my order and the products were being dispatched. This is a FRAUD COMPANY and their ad was on YouTube. Avoid at all costs.
Total crap just scammers like most adverts on YouTube they are scams that’s why they advertise on YouTube because YouTube doesn’t care about Scamminy just advert money
AVOID it it was true wouldn’t all energy companies be using it?
crap it provide heat 15inches from the device and takes forever to warm a room compaired to using a normal electic fan heater, all it does is increase your electric bill with no results
