Honeywarm is a scam

Honeywarm is a scam. Don't buy it. It is useless. Don't be taken in by their ads. I ordered two heaters and paid over C$ 140. It does nothing like what it claims to do. I asked for a refund.they returned only 1/4th the amount paid because the process to return the product was a cumbersome one. It does not heat the space it claims to do. Stay away from it.

Dont get misleads by similar name to legitimate brand, this is scam, product will come in months and you will recieve Chinese knock off product, that is unsafe and unfit to purpose, as it wont heat little toilet under the stairs, never mind full room, as they advertised

Utter scam

Utter scam. Purchased heater, two weeks later no sign of it. The contacts I have had keep on asking me for the shipping address as they ‘don’t seem to have those details’. Utter scam - avoid.

Free heaters/Being forced to buy?

When I saw their YouTube advertisement, I thought they sell reputable UK-made heaters. Both the prices and functions (especially the safety and antimicrobial functions) listed on their webpages attracted me. After selection of the quantity, they asked for payment method, then asked whether I would pay more for same day delivery, then ask for my willingness to pay more for insurance against damages. I chose normal despatch and no additional protection. After these, they again asked my willingness to buy one or two heaters at further discount. After I chose yes, Lloyds Bank immediately rejected this transaction as suspicious. I thought the transaction should be frustrated; they didn't send me any order confirmation neither. Nevertheless, I checked my bank and found there was a pending payment from a company not called HoneyWarm, which raised my suspicion. I then fact-checked to note their customer office is in Lithuania/ brand name being Australian/webpages are copycat of WellHeater. I then reported my case & findings to my bank and got refund immediately. I sent several emails to their customer service but could not stop them from sending me several vexatious emails saying that they confirmed the order/quality-checked then shipped their products (from China according to Tracking history). In my last email, I said I might have to call the police when necessary.
I gave one star for their way of selling products, for their poor customer service and vexatious emails, and the troubles that they have caused. Probably there are more to tell...

Avoid at All Costs

I ordered one heater with standard delivery and the page became German as soon as my payment details were entered. Cost was approx €58. I then received an email stating I had ordered 5 plus 4 heatwaves. Comple lies. I contacted support immediately who came back and said it was too late to change my order and the products were being dispatched. This is a FRAUD COMPANY and their ad was on YouTube. Avoid at all costs.
