Beautiful designs, but issues with returns
I ordered five items: rings and earrings. Overall, it was a very mixed experience, and it shows why checking reviews before purchasing is important. For me personally, such an experience undermines trust in smaller local shops, even though I generally try to buy locally to support the national economy and small businesses.
Positives:
- Beautiful designs and packaging.
- The shop is real and operating.
- Quick shipment.
- Polite communication.
- The refund for items agreed by the shop was processed quickly.
Negatives:
- Ring sizing is not accurate. All three rings differed from the sizes ordered. One ring happened to fit another finger, so I kept it.
- I had to return two rings because they were too small. I also wanted to return the matching earrings, which I had not tried on, but the shop refused the return, citing hygiene reasons. I explained that the earrings had not been worn, but the return was still rejected.
- I had to keep earrings I did not need, despite requesting a return within the cooling-off period and not having tried them on. I also had to pay for return shipping for the rings, which is against regulations.
Overall, it feels like a gamble: sizing may fit or may not, and items may or may not be accepted for a refund.
I would not recommend buying here if you like matching sets only or are not prepared to pay return shipping for inaccurately sized items.
I understand that it is difficult to survive in the market today, but business risks should not be passed on to the customer. Otherwise, customers may think twice before buying from small, lesser-known shops, and even good businesses with fair practices may lose potential clients.

We’d like to clarify a few points for future customers reading this.
The Kyma rings in question were ordered in the size selected at checkout. As with many jewellery designs, different ring styles can feel different on the finger depending on band width and profile. We accepted the return of two rings and issued a refund once they were received and inspected in line with our returns policy.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is standard practice within the jewellery industry and is clearly stated on our website prior to purchase.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is also outlined in our returns policy. This applies consistently to all eligible returns.
We always aim to be transparent, fair and approachable, and we’re pleased we were able to resolve the ring return quickly.
