Their service is despicable

They used to be great and have great customer service, but from about 4 months ago till now, their service is pure garbage. It takes 4 months to cancel items, buy items from other agents and months to refund you. The service sound like a bot always asking the same question " Dear, may I ask if you want to cancel the order or urge for its processing?" as I stated tons of times i wanted to cancel the items as they take ages to go to the warehouse/ agent doesnt buy them, and have a refund. Really sad for such a poor service!

Avoid hoobuy at all cost

I have to do one star I'd really do negative -5 as I ordered 300 worth of stuff paid for at no point did they say u had to pay delivery cost on top I thought it was part of price anyway took 3 weeks to collect then when I said submit order they wanted another 500 dollars for delivery I was like no cancel but cannot get refund or money back either pay delivery fee or kiss your money goodbye absolutely a scam dishonest people hoobuy should be shut down I bought 300 dollars off stuff ended up with nothing they are just stealing avoid this place at all cost how can I spend hundreds of dollars and end up with nothing not even a refund it's stealing

My two orders still show as purchased…

My two orders still show as purchased in the Hoobuy app, but in reality they were never paid. The vendor did not receive any payment, and the Weidian system has already closed the orders due to the deadline being exceeded.

This situation has been going on for days, which is extremely frustrating. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved immediately by placing a new order, since the previous one expired without payment.

Please handle this as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to publicly expose this situation on my social media, where I have a large community, as well as on Reddit, because what I am experiencing is something I would not wish on anyone.

i buyed 1 month and 10 days ago and still process pending and the support always says „we pushed the order sorry for delay"
its like talking to walls.
So i have a question if I cancel the order , do i get my money back and how long does it take??

something is wrong, a year ago it was quick order and fast delivery, now my order has no progress, no refunds and no human responses to my question. I would suggest not to use anymore.

Beatiful Experience!

I recently ordered 11 items from Hoobuy (order number: P2025120203532481377354), and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience! The delivery was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated. Hoobuy review

I’ve already ordered 4 packages through Hoobuy and I can honestly say I’m more than satisfied. Everything arrived quickly and without any issues, and the shipping is really fast. Packages were well packed and exactly as described.

Very trash agent worst of worst

Very trash agent worst of worst

I've been asking for my refund for over a month,
and every single time you give me the same
useless copy-paste answer. No real help, no
solution, nothing.
The saller ingores everything, and your "support
team" pretends they're doing something while
actually doing NOTHING
Still no money, no proper response - just a
complete waste of time.

this is by far the greatest company…

this is by far the greatest company i’ve use for logistics and for ordering direct items from other country’s, the shipping prices are extremely cheap along with the prices of the actual items. the customer service is 10/10 and available 24/7 will be using this more in the future

Slecht ervaring

I paid for my order in four installments. Is this normal? If there's a mistake, please refund my money. Also, it's been over a month since I placed my order and I haven't received anything.
Please explain what I need to pay because I didn't understand anything, or please cancel my order from the beginning and refund all my money.
Can I speak with someone who can explain how I bought shoes for €14, then paid €31, and finally paid only €6, and yet I didn't receive my order? Please explain this to me, and if there's a mistake, please refund my money.
