Good delivery service and decent clothing quality
Secure payment method and arrives in less than 10 days. However, it would be a bit better if its system gave you more updates as to on what stage of delivery is your parcel at. Also, if you get one of their windbreakers, I recommend sizing one up than what you would usually get with another brands

Strange, not to trust their customer service?
I ordered on 5.10 and was promissed to receive my hoodies between 13.10 - 18.10
I didn't receive any notice of delay and no message of track n' trace.

Quality was horrible
Quality was horrible, by far the worst I have seen. I feel like I have wasted my money on this. My expectations was definitely not met, no where near. So I will never be buying again and I recommend everyone to stay away!!

Poor customer service
Ordered a windbreaker for my son in size small, they sent out a size large. I was told to send the large back and they will replace for a small, i asked the company to cover P&P for me to return the size large back as it was there fault they sent the wrong size. They said they were unable to cover the P&P but would put an extra clothing product to cover the cost.
I sent the large size back via recorded delivery, and they sent me a size small, but no extra product. I felt they had lied to me just so i send their product back even though it was their fault they sent the wrong size. Having tried to contact them on a few occasions i was told that they forgot to put in the extra product and would cover the P&P which they did in the end but only partial to what i had paid. Will not be ordering from here again as it feels the company has poor customer service skills and only interested in making money.
