Thank you Jackie for the very kind review, so glad to hear you are happy with your order and we hope your grandchildren love their new towels! 🦄
Nice towels, shame about personalisation
Quite expensive for what they are but the towels are of quality and look lovely. The trim designs are beautiful, however it wasn’t clear online that the personalisation would be written completely in lowercase letters. Considering the personalised writing was of my child’s name I found it odd that capital letters to start a name wasn’t done automatically. It’s a shame as it does look a little odd having one of my child’s names all in lower case. Apparently some trim designs offer only lower case lettering. I Just wish it was written clearly somewhere rather than just being demonstrated in photos (which may have been requested to be done this way).
Delivery was within the 4 weeks advertised for personalised items and considering it’s the Christmas period I was happy to get them within the stated time frame. Good communication via email too when required

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Kerry. We're really sorry the lowercase font wasn't made clear enough when you originally ordered and will make sure we change this on our website moving forwards. I know we have since spoken in person but hope your children enjoy their hooded towels. Happy splashing 🛁

Very Appealing Towels
Clear and honest information on the website about delivery times, and in the run-up to Christmas that's important. The towels arrived when they said and look fantastic. I know my granddaughters will love them. Am very glad too that I went for the personalised option.
All highly recommended.
