Breach of guidelines
Partial order no updates
Not received any emails updating to track products I have ordered. Checked the shop app which said it’s waiting for information on order. I have received the four cards and the two mugs. However, still not received the cap that is part of the same order. Emailed, but not received any confirmation that the email has been received nor have I received a response. Ordered all items in one order for Father’s Day. I just want to know if and when I will receive the rest of my order.

Really disappointed - incomplete order
Really disappointed. Although the father’s day card has arrived on time.. they have sent me a card with NO ENVELOPE? Where is the logic in that. I clearly stated that it wasn’t going directly to the recipient so now i have to go out and buy an envelope which will fit the card.. LOL. What a hassle. Avoid this place if you dont want the hassle of receiving an incomplete order.

Didn't receive my cards however the support team reached out to me and sorted the issue right away which I really appreciate. The cards are in great condition and a really fun if you want something more creative to give someone. Would recommend

The receivers of the card tend to have a chuckle and love the cards, which is great! Also, the cards tend to come on time which is always helpful :).

Hit and miss. Slow to dispatch!
Had very hit and miss experiences with these guys. The last card I ordered arrived quickly but I placed two orders recently and both took 10-14 days to arrive because they took ages to dispatch them. I wasn’t happy with this at all!

Ordered one week ago and still haven’t received my order. I sent an email 3 days ago enquiring what was going on and am yet to get a reply. As a result the birthday has now passed.
