Quality had gone downhill with the new…

Quality had gone downhill with the new tracksuits sets.
Washed per instructions @30 air dryed both goody and bottoms have bobbled after first one wash absolutely joke.

Wr will be returning this crap tracksuit better off sticking to cheaper tracksuit at least they last !!!!!!!!

hoodrich tracksuit rubbish cloth and trouser too tight from the toe side

I bought hoodrich tracksuit from JD, and I would suggest the owner of this company just try this, the trouser of the mediam size is too tight from the toes when you try to wear it, and the clothing quality, let me tell you if you wear in cold you feel cold and if you wear in summer you feel hot this was my first experience to this brand and this kind of cloth. I won't buy again or never recommend anyone, they make money to use the name of their brand which they never tried or tested.

After being a well established brand for 10 years, we can assure you all our clothes are fit and wash tested, including the material and its suitability. It sounds like you may have a faulty jogger, in which case if a medium is not fitting on your legs, please do go back to JD and exchange this for a different or another size.
All our items are manufactured to the highest quality, and we guarantee this and therefore offer 28 days exchange on our own site, and we believe JD does offer the same.

Hi Emmanuel, we have tracked your parcel and it is now in the US and in transit. We expect it will be out for delivery either today or tomorrow. It left our warehouse on the day of your order, but it had to go through a processing facility here before heading over the (big) pond :)

Awful quality items

My son has 3 tracksuits, 2 ordered from jdsports & 1 from Hoodrich themselves. One is less than 6 months old and holes have started to appear in the legs of 2 sets of the jogging bottoms, now if it was wear and tear it would not be in exactly the same place on both sets in exactly the same places, on the back of the trousers. Lettering split not long after purchase as well. Absolutely terrible quality for such expensive items. Always been washed as per instructions.

That being said, we have never heard of holes being in the backs of the legs, it sounds very unusual. Can you possibly please email into our helpdesk on help@ hoodrichuk.com with some images so we can assess further for you?
Lettering also should not split if washed at 30 and not high spin, and hung to dry.

Excellent Service Throughout

First off, the price and delivery for the item were great. When the product arrived, I discovered a minor manufacturing flaw. I took a photo of this and contacted Hoodrich. The response was timely and a replacement was sent out immediately with no quibble.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company.

They charge a premium because they are a streetwear brand but the service they provide is shocking. I recently purchased a product and paid a premium for next day delivery however the tracking number they provided was invalid and when I tried to reach customer services they took forever to get back. Easily the worst experience I have had in a long time I would not recommend buying items directly from them and would suggest going JD

Firstly we are so sorry you feel your experience with us was so negative.
We can see you ordered with us on Monday at 6.30pm (which means paying for NDD would not have meant receiving the item the next day, as our cut off time for this service is 4pm in order to qualify for this). Therefore, you order was dispatched the very next morning (Tuesday), and the NDD delivery service means it will therefore be delivered on Wednesday to you.

Today is Wednesday, and we can see it is out for delivery already to you for today. Therefore we have fulfilled this service for you, as expected and stated on site.

We have the correct tracking for you, please do reach out to us if you need anything else. Our CS team is 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, so if you had contacted them out of office hours, it would have taken a little bit of time to respond for this reason. Hope that's clear, and you receive your item today and are pleased.

Never again !

Quality is not good , transfers go funny and split after 5 or so washes , and clothes go out of shape 😡 , mercier from now on .

Quality not great

Gotta be honest, the quality isn't what you'd expect for the price. Love the designs, so I've invested in a few pairs of joggers, and here's what I've found:
They shed. Massively. It took me ages to work out why my house was covered in fluff despite the fact I'd just vacuumed, then I spotted the fluff emanating from the lining of my new joggers.
The transfers split. After just a couple of washes (cold).
They bobble. Immediately. I've worn this pair once and they're already bobbling on both thighs.
I'm washing them inside out, so any advice on how to stop the above issues would be greatly received!

Some garments do have this fluff aspect on the inside, but that also contributes to the softness of the feel. Great Quality products

In shot, great quality products, competitive pricing if you’re not into cheap, muss produced stuff, highly recommend.
I bordered some sleek tracksuit for my then 13yro son who’s growing like mushrooms ( Jun ‘23) and when 1 received my order , beginning of September, the fit wasn’t right so I returned them for a refund. I had ordered well in good time but the whole process took way too long, I had wanted the gear for my son’s birthday end of September last year. Getting the return and refund process extended for months, finally got my refund 11mths later. I was disappointed more so for my son really, I understand things can get mixed up or whatever.
Having said that, when I followed up about my refund not being paid, the team at Hoodrich were apologetic, honoured and paid the refund within 72hrs. I am grateful and I intend to order tracksuits for by son again. Despite the size didn’t fit at the time, the quality of the tracksuit is great, my son’s friends have brought stuff from the brand and love it.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed. My son loved hoodrich amd he bought a fair few bits had a voucher for Xmas so bought a lovely coat in December. By January contacted them to state the zip broke. This coat was well over £100.
No response. Sent another email February. No response. March contacted social media. No help. Contacted again. This week was send a message on social media saying resolved. Explained it was not. They said it was as the email had not been working but was now!
Emailed again. Got a response saying was too late for them to help and offered a voucher!
The reason it was too late was there error not mine. As they admitted. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service. What a shame.
Update after your response Just to clarify a few points as there has been an untrue response below.
If your emails have been down for 24 hours why were done do my emails .. that you have seen evidence of responded to in February?
The items were not being returned they were faulty. My original email offered to return this too you so you could see this. This was a email you ignored.
Please don’t come giving me abuse online for your faulty goods and poor customer service. All I wanted was an item that was not faulty!
I have requested to raise this to complaint and discussed this with trading standards as you have provided faulty goods.
30 return for a jacket. That I stand corrected was £85 as was a sale price.
Great customer service!
Can you forward me your responses to the emails sent in February? Will happily this review then??

Hi Kerry, the Head Office team at Hoodrich man this channel, and we have been communicating via our CS team so we are familiar with your issue. It is completely incorrect to state here on Trustpilot for others to read that you contacted us in January, as you have clearly stated in your correspondence directly with us over email, and in your screenshot pictures that you have sent into us as evidence, that your first contact to Hoodrich was in February. This jacket (which you did not actually pay well over £100 for, as you bought it in our end of year sale and we can see your order) is well out of it's return period, there is no return or refund we can approve here. We did however, as a goodwill gesture offer you a substantial Gift Card which was almost half the value of your original purchase. This is not something we would ever usually offer in this circumstance, but we felt compelled to try to alleviate some burden for you. You have refused that offer. Our email account was down for a 24 hour period only yesterday, so this is also inconsequential, as all emails still came through to the team and were dealt with in a timely manner, regardless of the automated message you would have initially received. You were in fact contacted immediately at my request. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and we believe we have executed everything possible to assist you here, it just isn't to your liking.

Gift Card

Ordered a gift card on Tuesday and hadn’t received it even though it said it would be coming through email so you would expect the email instantly. Two days later I try to contact them but every time I emailed it bounced back saying the email address wasn’t valid. Did eventually get a response and the gift card but the communication wasn’t very good.
