Following up on an online search for the perfect dresser, we found Hoot Judkins. From the first phone call to verify the item was in stock to the online purchase, everything was perfect. We subsequently visited the store to pick up the item and the staff working were very attentive but not pushy at all. Even the guys at the dock loading the dresser were kind and careful. Highly recommend this business! Quality is way above what you will find in the average furniture store.

The visit to the showroom was exceptional. Ninette was very patient with my husband and myself during fabric choices. The salesfloor had a great variety of sofa choices. Our product was received weeks before I had expected the delivery. The staff whom delivered were very efficient and kind. Our sofa is beautiful and very comfortable.

We had immediate help when calling about purchasing a dresser to match a bed purchased three years earlier. As before, delivery was also arranged promptly, and the delivery guys did a fine job getting it into our fourth floor apartment and set up in the bedroom. The furniture quality is very good, and it is nice looking. High marks all around.

We are excited to have our bookcases. They are very nice. They are not set up yet as we were too busy on Monday when they were delivered to make decisions about where the shelves should be placed and we needed to create openings in the back of the cupboards to run cable through to house our router and cell phone booster. But they will be lovely when they are set up. They took a very long time to arrive but we live out in the country and we were expecting that.

They were extremely helpful when we didn't see exactly what we wanted. The salesperson recommended a custom table and that was exactly what we did - it's perfect! He wasn't very friendly though... but that's fine - we got the Amish table that we wanted!

The service and quality of furniture is top notch. There is a vast selection of furniture even when it doesn’t look like it especially when you include all the different woods, stains and fabric swatches
