I love how it is built, easy to take apart, clean, and reassemble. I hate the lack of spray to dampen the carpet and no power in the brushes or suction. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. It did not pick up any hair!!
I was on the phone for 2 hours and 14 minutes. Got cold transfered twice when I got through to Paul he wasn't bothered about my hold time was not helpful at all. All my home appliance are from Hoover excellent products. Think you need to concentrate on more customer service training 😉
