Absolutely beautiful packaging , personal note inside , beautiful boxes and stuffed with protection . The baubles are magical and mystical , beautiful looking and perfectly itemised . The biscuits inside are a good size and quantity . Both the horses have to wait until Christmas Eve to eat their treats . Absolutely stunning products and service . Excellent service. My niece was delighted with her gift and said how beautifully it was packaged. From ordering to delivery took only 2 days.

My my absolutely loved her gift which was delivered much quicker than expected considering the personalisation of some items.
The only critique I have is for the process around filling a personalised box which could use some troubleshooting as I had to start over every time I changed an item in the box.
