Despite paying the extra for expedited shipping, I had to wait far longer than usual, even for standard shipping, to receive the item. The seller certainly wasn’t in the mood for offering a refund for the shipping. The collective is performing ok but the quality doesn’t seem great and I’m not expecting it to last very long.
Very good customer service, following breakage in transport, replaced, Thank you
Good all around products. Works seamlessly with MobiFlight and FSUIPC7.
Great customer service from the team.
My recent purchase was broken when I received it and they refunded my money right away and also responded very quickly to emails. I would buy again from them again.
The item came well packaged. It's very realistic with a positive throttle movement.
There are a couple of things that aren't good. The collective pressure adjustment needs to be tight so it doesn't slowly drop, then it is stiff and doesn't move uniformly.
Also, both switches only have an ON selection in XPlane 12. So, once you turn lights ON, they don't turn OFF when the switch is turned OFF.
Pedal unit arrived broken and unusable. Poorly packaged. Pedals are shattered into several pieces. Small 3D printed pedals not sturdy enough for repeated use. Base unit seems better build- but disappointed with cheap plastic pedals that arrived unusable. I have not been able to evaluate any performance of pedals.
Great in providing affordable Sim parts for flight sim enthusiast. Please focus more on Boeing lovers 😉✈️
The shipping times after placing an order are far too long. There is no information provided about product availability or expected shipping dates.
