Bought a bag for my mother ( a Christmas present) in November- no confirmation from the bra, no tracking number- finally after numerous emails they just rudely refund the money last week- no explanation, no apology. My mother didn’t get the one thing she wanted. Love the brand but the shopping experience is so disappointing- at these prices , what disdain for the customer.

5 stars for their products; minus 10 for their services/returns. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered at HOPE. I lost €290,- to a trouser I cannot wear since it's too big. (also... why no proper size charts?) I sent e-mail after e-mail, but no response. I decided to return the jeans anyways, because why not?
I made a case out of it via Klarna as well. That also did not help.
It's a shame because I really love HOPE's products. I will never buy from these thiefs again.

I placed an order with hope 11 days ago and despite attempts to contact them, I have not received my item or any updates. Even though I had read about other customers' bad experiences, I decided to take a chance—and now deeply regret it. It's absurd that a company with so many negative reviews is not taking any action to improve their service.

If I don't hear from them soon, I will report this to the Danish Consumer Europe office, which will escalate it with Swedish authorities, and I will also report it as fraud to my bank. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and seems like a clear case of customer neglect.

I purchased some expensive clothes from them and returned the items to the address provided, fully tracked. They had one month to collect the parcel from PostNord in Stockholm. I contacted them three times, but they never responded.

I'm considering taking legal action, as many others seem to have had similar experiences. In theory, this could be seen as a scam: if you return a parcel, they simply never pick it up. It's hard to believe they're unaware of this—it feels like a deliberate tactic.

Tried to cancel my order, they sent it anyway. Sent the order back with my own money and it's been waiting for pickup by Hope at the post office for two weeks now. Emails remain unanswered. PayPal won't let me create a problem. Seems the company took my money and is over now.

Order never delivered but money taken. No email confirmation of order was sent, no delivery details sent. No response from online customer service. It is as good as a scam.

This is a hopeless shop. They should change their brand name to HOPELESS. I have been contacting them several times via mail, because there were 2 addresses to which you could return your item. But they did not reply, so I sent to the address that I could find on Google Maps, before it is too late. And it seems it has arrived safely according to the tracking system of the Post Office, but of course I received no notification from them. After reading the reputations I could read here, I became very nervous, so I called them to ask if they received my returned item. I called 4 numbers I could find online but they never pick up the phone, while the line was not dead. I assume I will never get reimbursed, so I contacted my credit card company, so that they could start the investigation of what is going on. I let them work now. It was the worst experience with my online shopping, because the customer service is non-existent. I can't believe that it is in the country like Sweden. I will never buy a thing here. Ever.

I ordered a pair of pants which looked really nice on their website. The size was off, they didn't fit anything like on the picture and looked poorly made for the price so I sent them back from the US at my own expenses. They came back after a few weeks with the message that the package hadn't been accepted on their side.
Then a friend of mine went to Sweden and brought them to the return address in Stockholm. They told her they couldn't accept them and she had to mail them yet to another location. Which she did, with tracking number and they were delivered this time. I sent all the info to customer service but they ignore all mails and have never reimbursed the purchase.
Terrible experience, lost 300 usd + return shipping + second shipping.
Total scam!

When I had the experience I did with a brand like this I was beyond surprised and thought I might be the only one, however after reading reviews about their customer service it seems there is a common theme. Their customer service is beyond atrocious. They do not respond to emails, their returns policy a joke and even when you try it doesn't even work.

Do yourself a favour and just order from a brand that cares about customer satisfaction. I like their product but unfortunately will not be buying again because they just don't care about the customer.

I shopped at their sample sale. And I always like the shape of the pants they have. Great products!

Tried to return
I tried to return an item i bought. The wrbsite says to buy your own return so i did, and comtaced to mail maaany times to get a confirmation that they knew the package was on its way. The package was in shipping for several months with no answer from HOPE. Before it eventually was returned to me because they hadnt replied to the costums request from postal services. Now ive lost a shitload of money on something that didnt fit me and im really unsatisfied. Never experienced this horrible service anywhere. I also tried desperatly to ciontact their wholesale department, but also no reply. Just awful, and i shoudve read the reviews before buying from them. I can see that many others have the same experience…

Ordered was processed and money was taken but no confirmation or tracking number given. All emails have gone unanswered.

I’ve been a customer of Hope for about 8 years. When I lived in Sweden and shopped in person, I’ve never had problems. However, since I came to England my experience with Hope is atrocious. They don’t answer my emails, the tracking links they send don’t work. The two last orders I’ve placed with them have made it to London and been returned back because I was never notified. The last order that I placed two months ago has been in London for 10 days but I still don’t have it because neither Hope nor UPS are willing to answer my emails or calls. The whole thing is starting to feel like a scam. I’m never shopping with them again

Unfortunately, they have a scam-like behavior with returns. They made me ship my item back to their online posted address in Stockholm, which was INCORRECT. The item ends up being sent to the address they posted, they never confirm until later that they posted the wrong address. They correct it. But then the refund never is processed, I end up spending $400 + $70 on shipping. And nothing happens. THEY NEVER RESPOND ON EMAIL. I've purchased $1,000 worth of clothes from them on SSENSE and have recommended the brand to my friends. I will never buy from them again, this is unacceptable service.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and money got drawn but haven’t even gotten order confirmation mail, nor shipping, nothing. Money got drawn from account, but so order in sight. Wrote an email 10 days ago, no reply wrote again 5 days ago no reply & no chance to reach anyone under the service number - no matter when one calls.
